Phone is great until the screen freezes up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually love Samsung products and this phone is great when it works. Alot of issues with phone screen freezing and phone UI stops working. I have to complete a hard restart everyday.

What I wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a few years with my 21 Ultra. I upgraded to the S26 Ultra with all the bells and whistles and I haven't been disappointed. Most important is the 8K camera - I love taking high rez videos with it. The 200mp camera is also awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the s26 ultra since by old phone was getting outdated (s22ultra). No issues. I did get a premium case from zagg ..so that I exchange cases for cheap if it breaks. I decided not to get a screen protector.

Best phone I’ve ever owned – Samsung Galaxy S26 Ul

From the moment I started using it, everything has felt fast, smooth, and premium. The display is absolutely beautiful—bright, sharp, and incredibly clear—and the overall performance is outstanding. Apps open quickly, multitasking is effortless, and the phone handles everything I use it for without any issues.
The camera system is one of my favorite features. Photos and videos look amazing, with excellent detail, colors, and quality even in challenging lighting conditions. Battery life has also been great and easily gets me through my daily routine.
I also really like the design and build quality. It feels premium in the hand and has the quality I expect from Samsung’s Ultra series. The software experience is smooth, responsive, and packed with useful features.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my Galaxy S26 Ultra. It has exceeded my expectations in performance, camera quality, display, battery life, and everyday usability. Definitely a 5-star experience and one of the best smartphones I’ve owned.

Great Phone 🔥

I upgraded from an S22 Ultra what a big difference performance. I have been using Samsung Phones for about 23 years. Will never use another phone in my life. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good reliable phone. I choose the s26 ultra for the build quality and overall complete package. I do miss the Bluetooth spen but the privacy screen makes up for it. Almost 1 year with my phone and had zero issues with better battery life than needed for one day.
