25+ Years With Samsung — A Worthy Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy S26 Ultra as an upgrade from my Galaxy Note20, and it has been a major step forward. I've been a loyal Samsung customer for over 25 years, so I've watched these devices evolve through many generations. The S26 Ultra continues what I've always appreciated about Samsung while bringing the performance, display, cameras, and overall experience to another level.
I use my phone heavily throughout the day for work, calls, email, photos, navigation, streaming, research, and multitasking, and it handles everything smoothly. Coming from the Note series, I'm especially glad Samsung has kept the S Pen as part of the Ultra experience. It remains genuinely useful and is one of the features that has kept me with Samsung.
After more than 25 years with Samsung products, I had high expectations for this upgrade. The S26 Ultra has lived up to them and feels like a worthy successor to my Note20.

S26 ultra battery and screen

The only thing that could change is the pixel Clarity on the screen needs to be increased, and the battery life somehow is slightly worse than my s22 which if you're doing the math on that means it's doing about the same or worse than my four-year-old phone.
I'm not sure why that is.
This is still definitely a buyer if you need a phone though.

It is a mobile phone that has been developing well all the time, and the current model is still doing well and I like it very much. I hope that Samsung will continue to develop and I will continue to follow the work.

Performance & Battery: The processor handles heavy multitasking, high-end gaming, and frame generation without breaking a sweat or overheating. Battery life easily lasts a full day and a half under heavy use, and the charging speed gets me back to 100% in no time.
Camera System: Photos are ultra-sharp with incredible dynamic range. The low-light performance is mind-blowing, and the zoom quality remains unmatched—crisp details even at extreme distances.
Display & Build: The screen is stunningly bright with vibrant colors and fantastic outdoors visibility. The anti-reflective coating makes a huge difference, and the build quality feels premium and solid in hand.
