Beautiful design and easy to use

Not dishwasher safe. No way to keep coffee on after time limit is up. Impossible to clean parts, for example the water tank is not removable. Pot does not have lines to measure the water. Looks good but awful function.

The warming plate will stay on for 2 hours after the brew cycle ends. This is to ensure that you have the freshest coffee possible. It is recommended to brew a fresh batch of coffee or heat the existing coffee externally if you do not want to brew more coffee.

It's a good coffee maker!

Really good coffee maker! Consistently makes good coffee on the gold setting and the bluetooth features are really nice! Only complaint is that the water reservoir doesnt come off on the model I have, which makes it hard to clean out. Also after 2 years the clock LED has begun to fail. Otherwise it has served us well.

Good coffee maker for techy people

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee maker itself has a very sleek, aesthetically pleasing design. However, it has to sit sideways on the counter to use any of the functions, which takes up valuable real estate. The power cord comes from the bottom and fits into a slotted channel; it was kind of difficult to get the cord in place. The package included a coffee scoop, a water filter, and a package of descaling powder. They recommend changing the filter every 3 months. The coffee maker brews hot coffee nicely. It takes about 10 minutes to brew a full pot, and it gives a cute little jingle when it is done. I definitely had to read the instructions to figure out how to turn the warming plate off and how to use the brew over ice function. I like the interface of using the knob to set the time. I have not used the app to take advantage of the other embedded functions because I really don't want to download another app; it might be worth it if I already had other products integrated. Overall, it's a fine coffee maker, but it isn't my new favorite kitchen appliance.

Best coffee maker I’ve ever used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow what a difference in flavor! The cone shaped filter and wide spread water distribution creates an incredible cup! The same coffee I’ve been drinking tastes dramatically different compared to my old coffee maker.
The customizable setting help hone in on your specific flavor profile. Gold to bold and even an iced setting. Temp from 185 to 205 with an included guide booklet to help with your style.
To me, the best part is the bluetooth and SmartHQ app. Setup was easy. The app lets me brew right from my phone. The coffee maker has a delayed coffee setting, but I prefer to hit start upstairs when I get out of the shower instead of being confined to a specific time. I want my coffee brewed fresh and ready to drink. You can’t get much fresher than it brewing as I’m walking down the stairs.
Inside the box we’re a reusable cone shaped filter, single use filters, a scoop, a water filter, and descaler powder.
You honestly can’t beat this coffee maker!!

It has excellent functions that are very easy to use, and I love that it even comes with an app so you can control it from your phone. All you need to do is fill the reservoir and select how many cups you want to brew. The wire mesh filter basket is a great feature because I didn’t even need to use the paper filters that came with it.
The packaging was excellent as well—this coffee maker feels like it could survive falling out of a truck! The only downside is that the water reservoir isn’t removable, which makes cleaning a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it’s a fantastic coffee pot that I highly recommend.

Convenience is Worth It

The ease of being able to prepare the night before and “just pour it” in the morning is fantastic. The brewing took a bit to get used to, how much to fill, etc. We have it down now and are very happy with the unit overall. Great look and finish as well.
