[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in the water filtration and cooling. After drawing one glass of cold water any more produces Warm tap water. Also having to use the Moisture Control Button to prevent moisture from forming and dripping down onto the top of the freezer door and the rubber gasket is not cost effective. The overall quality does not match the same refrigerator I previously owned for nine years,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of the refrigerator. I am disappointed that the "Options" selector does not work (come out of the box this way - and now need to arrange for repair). The water dispenser is very slow and ice storage is a bit smaller than I would like. BUT, other than that, we love all the drawers, lots of storage space, and ease of access to items (like the sliding drawers in the freezer - although a little stiff to open and close).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this is an excellent purchase. Beautiful design! Easy to use. Keeping food fresh and in the right temperature range. Ice maker is a little slow, but it makes great ice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors are still not level to one another, no butter tray, and all three refrigerator draws a built so cheap they need two hands to open and close. Not impressed for a KitchenAid branded product

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the concerns you are experiencing with the door alignment on your Refrigerator. We value our customers and are committed to ensuring our products meet high standards. We have included information that we hope is helpful: Properly leveling and aligning refrigerator doors is crucial for the appliance's overall operation. Misalignment or an unlevel unit can lead to: Doors being unable to close or seal properly Frost build-up Temperature fluctuations Incorrect door switch contact Key steps for proper alignment: Level the Refrigerator: Ensure the unit is level from side to side and front to back before adjusting the doors. A properly leveled refrigerator is essential for overall proper operation. You may need shims if the floor is uneven. Refer to your Owner's Manual or Installation Instructions for specific details. Account for Door Weight: Note that doors are designed to be slightly uneven when empty; the weight of stored food will help them align correctly. Adjust Doors: Once the refrigerator is level, follow the instructions in your Owner's Manual or Installation Instructions to adjust the doors as needed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this refrigerator offers filtered water and makes ice as well. It is small on the inside so if you have a big family this might not be a good fit for you. It's only my husband and I, so it fits our needs. In order to access the filter button for filtered water you do need to open both doors to close properly. It also tends to collect moisture inside which makes certain areas wet but there is a humidity control button on the inside that helps with this. Also, when it makes ice there is a loud swooshing sound that last for a few seconds then it stops. These are the issues I noticed with it. Overall, it's still a good refrigerator and I like the design of the water filter being on the inside. I would advise to take advantage of the insurance it offers when you register your fridge. It's cost about a venti drink at Starbucks, but monthly. Hope this helps.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago when my 17 year old Kitchenaid stopped working suddenly. I have had appliances (stove, dishwasher, fridge) repaired over the years and the repair people always said stick with US brands like Kitchenaid because they are easy to get parts and repair. The delivery driver also commented that Kitchenaid are work horses so hopefully I get 17 or more years out of this one too.
