I love it so far. I am still learning all its functions and how to use them but it isn't too bad. There are plenty of tutorials and information from other users to get you started.
This is a really cool watch, has so many more features than an Apple Watch. And am very impressed with the battery life, it stays charged for close to a month between charges. Love the inreach capabilities, feel like I have a backup safety network even when I don’t have cell service.
I have had my Garmin Fenix 9 Pro for a few weeks now and I am happy with my purchase. This my third or fourth fenix and it replaced a 7x Pro solar. I really like the vividness of the colors on the Amoled display. My only complaint is that the battery life that Garmin advertises for the my watch does not apply if you use an always on display (AOD). With the AOD turned on, the watch says I only have 13 days on a full charge. In practice, I have been charging it once a week so far. This is quite a change from the 7x Pro solar with the MIP display that I could go about 3 weeks in between charging. Everything else about the 9 pro watch is great. I have not tried to use the LTE/In reach features yet but this is one of the main reasons why I decided to upgrade.
I have had every single version of the Fenix watch and have seen the product evolve for the best over the last 18 years approximately. Love the long battery life and the forward looking light that initially didnt get until I needed it and it was there.
