Wonderful ac/heating unit that saves space and looks clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a blessing for an older home. It's spacious and looks clean. I don't have to worry about having the window being occupied by a clunk air conditioner and it's quieter than the unit I used before. Professional installation is a must but it is well worth it. I love it. And it's perfect for this change of weather because when it gets cold I get to use it as a heater as well. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to save some space, make the an old house look more up to date and save energy.

Love this minisplit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really happy with this keystone minisplit. It has been a great addition to my home, especially because it cools the room really quickly and keep the temperature comfortable without having to constantly adjust it
The capacity is perfect for my bedroom and another pro is that I really like how quiet it is
One of my favorite things about this unit is the Smart Control through the app
Being able to control the mini split from my phone is perfect, I can turn it on, adjust the temperature, change the mode and make sure the room is comfortable when I’m not home.
This is specially important to me because I have cats, and during the hot days I can turn the minisplit on for them before I get home and make sure they’re comfortable while I’m away
That feature makes the difference for me
Once the installation was completed the unit has been very easy
I’m super impressed with the performance totally happy and I recommend it!

Easy to use and cooling quickly

Works really well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been working really well for keeping the room comfortable. The cooling is quick and consistent, and I like that I can also use it as a heat pump when the weather gets cooler. It runs pretty quietly and doesn’t take up much space.

Mini split

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely took some time to install. It took a little to get the hang of and understanding of the mini split but when we did its really nice. It take a short period of time to cool the room. Its been warmer out and have yet to test the heater but looking forward to in the cooler months

Great little unit that works great in big rooms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this unit for about a week now, and so far I’ve been really happy with it. I installed it in our game room, which is around 300 square feet and for whatever reason never seemed to get quite enough air conditioning from the rest of the house. We wanted something that would actually make a noticeable difference in the room, and this definitely has. It’s been extremely hot lately, so we’ve been running the unit pretty much nonstop, and so far it has worked great with no issues whatsoever. The room gets significantly cooler, and it’s made the space much more comfortable.
I originally planned on installing it myself because I’m pretty handy and was confident I could figure it out. In the end, due to a back injury I ended up having to call a handyman to install it. I did ask him about the unit though, and he had nothing but good things to say. He said the installation was very straightforward, everything was clearly laid out, and the unit comes with everything you need. He also said that if you’re someone who is pretty handy and comfortable with this type of project, you could probably handle the installation yourself.
As far as the unit itself goes, it’s been quiet, cools the room quickly, and has made a very noticeable difference in a fairly large space. Obviously, I’ve only had it for about a week, so I can’t speak to long-term reliability yet, but my experience so far has been excellent. I would definitely recommend it if you need to add some serious cooling to a room that just doesn’t stay cool enough.
