Loving My Results So Far!

I’ve primarily used the Skin Clearing treatment and noticed fewer breakouts during my most recent cycle, which is a huge plus for me. I also love the InstaChill under-eye cooling feature—it’s incredibly refreshing! The mask is easy to incorporate into my daily routine, whether I’m working or relaxing. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and look forward to continued use!

Self care must have!

As a mom of two, my Shark CryoGlow face mask has become my favorite part of my evening routine! 🤍 I genuinely look forward to using it every night. It feels like having a spa treatment right at home, all from the comfort of my couch without having to leave the house. I especially love the cooling under-eye pads and the different treatment settings that allow me to customize my skincare routine. It’s such an easy way to unwind, relax, and take a little time for myself at the end of a busy day. It has quickly become a self-care must-have for me!

Nice improvement on the original. Covers areas around the eyes better with smaller goggle piece. Already loved the CryoGlow with the variety of treatment plans and cooling eye pads. The plus improves it in the right places. Also appreciate getting a few more sessions out of a charge.

Cooling Pad Clip-Ons Adds to Weight / Pressure

I was using a different LED mask that had served its purpose and now upgrading! Please keep in mind, I’m only 16 days in and expecting results later on. I love this mask. Pros: 6 minutes for my regimen; keeps a count of days; has programs. Cons: very heavy!; the optional clip-on eye cooling pads makes it unusable to use comfortably.
14 days in I remembered the clip-on eye cooling pads. They add a ton of bulk and thickness. I haven’t been able to figure out an adjustment to make the mask fit without the pain. I tried laying down, vs my multitasking w the mask on, and it’s painful. I tried walking around but couldn’t get a good fit even with adjusting the straps. What finally worked was me, sitting, leaning back at a SLIGHT angle while HOLDING the mask slightly to relieve the pressure. Literally unbearable for my face. Not sure if I’ll be returning it. I got this mask mainly because of the eye cooling pads in addition to the benefits and regime programs. The eye pads installed don’t reach the inner eye which is where my puffiness is.
My suggestion is they make a clip-on that is not as thick. See pic . Great concept, great mask….sans the clip-ons. I had to stop in the middle of my treatment due to the painful weight on my face.
If the cooling pads weren’t so bad, I would give a 5 star rating after 12 weeks. Just not sure I can make it 12 weeks with these pads! :-(

After choosing this mask partly because of that feature, finding yourself having to adjust your position, modify how you wear it, or even pause treatments because of the added weight on your face would understandably take away from the convenience and comfort you were expecting. We also appreciate your comments about the cooling pads not reaching the inner eye area where you'd like to target puffiness most.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! such a good skincare staple :) i love how quick and easy the treatments are, and i absolutely LOVE the undereye cooling feature! i also appreciate how long the battery lasts! i am able to use the mask daily and not have to charge it constantly!

I even have my husband using it as well. Love the under eye treatment, and the better skin treatment has definitely helped clearing some of my acne!
