[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchase this and I'm dissappointed! The vacuum suction is not good. I noticed the rollers had no bristles (just hard plastic). I wondering if this is the problem...
I'd like to start a return and get a refund.

I needed to get my first vacuum ever since I have a carpet apt now and wow--this SharkNinja vacuum doesn't disappoint! It was easy to assemble in a couple of mins intuitively and partially charged already. I tried it out asap and really like how it's lightweight and powerful. Since I got this on sale too, I'm very pleased with my purchase!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there,
Thanks for taking time to leave your review.
We're sorry to hear your Shark Cordless Detect Pro did not perform as expected, and has left you feeling disappointed. This is not the experience we wish for you, especially only after a few days of owning the vacuum. We recommend emptying the dust cup and checking for any blockages in the floor nozzle, wand, and handheld vacuum. Please also remove any hair or debris from the brushroll and ensure it spins freely. Cleaning or rinsing the filters and allowing them to air dry completely before reinstalling can also help restore performance. If these steps do not resolve the issue, we'll proceed with troubleshooting to determine the cause. There's no need to contact us, as we can see you've already opened a case with our support team, and they'll be in touch with you shortly.
Kind Regards,

Best vacuum I’ve ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t think I’ve ever been excited about a vacuum cleaner before, but after trying this one, I am definitely excited. It has great power and works so well on carpet as well as hard wood floors. We have a combination of both in our home, and I was skeptical about how well it would perform. I should have known that Shark would blow away any uncertainty I had. I’ve loved every single thing I have ever gotten from them and this went above and beyond! I love the attachments and the fact that it is cordless. I can use it everywhere in my home from floors, to upholstery to baseboards. The long wand also bends in the middle to go under my furniture I am disabled and moving furniture requires the assistance of someone else. This vacuum allows me to get under my couches without bothering someone else to help move them. I’m so grateful to Shark for gifting me this so that I can review it. It’s truly been a lifesaver for me and my house looks great!

This vacuum is mindblowing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, this vacuum is amazing. I have a cat and dog. They both shed a lot. I also have long thick hair and my daughter has thick hair. The Shark vacuum picks up everything deep down in my carpet. I love how the handle bends to reach hard spots. The fact that it flips down is amazing. It is so easy to empty. Just a button that flips up the side and dump. The only real maintainenance is cutting hair on the roller, but it's never bad. The battery life could be longer but the fact it is so powerful, makes charging it more, worth it.
