With my old freezer dead I had to buy a new one so I did a bit of research. Really like the features this one had to offer. Upon receiving the unit the first thing I noticed was how much light it has, almost too much. Lots of space, really like all the door shelves which provide more space for storage and keeping things organized. Only issue I had was that one of the main shelves doesn’t want to set in place, not locked in. Nice and quiet compared to the old one to which has been a welcome change.

Bad for serviceability

2.5 years old. Water fill line heater failed and now the supply line to the ice maker is clogged, and water flows out on the floor.
Not serviceable because the heater is embedded in the foam of the Freezer wall. looks line wiring harness mis-wired at the factory as well
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the look

Purchased the fridge and freezer for our new home. These appliances do what they’re supposed to do and look great at the same time. I have no complaints with the exception of a creaky fridge door.

Only had it for a couple of weeks, and it still isn't in its final location since our kitchen renovation isn't complete, but we love it so far. It is a bit early to write this review but hopefully it works for many years to come.
