Great space but freezes fridge's waterline

Love the amount of space it has, eliminates the need for a deep freezer. Only complaint is that because mine is paired with the single door fridge, it freezes up the waterline even results in the fridge developing ice at the lower part of the fridge
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Massive freezer

I bought this side-by-side fridge and freezer a month ago. I am happy with it so far as it looks pretty and functions well. We hired an installer to do the installation as the job is complicated to us given three power plugs and two waterlines. I did hear a slight clicking sound when I closed the fridge and freezer doors but I was told by the service guy that it is normal as the door design has a lock in the hinges which causes the sound. Nothing to worry about.

Broken leg and rude third party service company

Need help to get from 4 stars to 5 stars!

Bought the Fridge/Freezer Professional in July 2022. It's gorgeous and my family find all the storage very useful and well laid out. I like that it is not deep so I can more clearly see what hiding in the back! However, the doors are creaking like crazy when I open and close them. Any recommendations from the service team to lubricate these and what is safe?
