Our floors are so clean with a touch of a button

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th Dyson product. I am very happy with the brand and the quality of their products, so getting another one was a no-brainer. Their regular vacuum I have had for many years and it still works as new. I was looking for a floor robot for a while, and now, I got the Dyson R3 Nurovi and I could have not been happier. It has made my daily cleaning routine so much easier. It all works with the app I have the other machines set up with already. It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. It saves me so much time and effort. The cleaning ability is fantastic. It does a really good job picking up dust I cannot even see, hair, crumbs, and other daily life debris. I especially appreciate that it has the ability to clean stains with a probiotic cleaner. Our floors and carpet look and feel noticeably fresher and cleaner after every use. We appreciate how well it cleans around furniture and close to the walls. It moves around the house smoothly and does not get stuck under our furniture. The base station is easy to clean compared with traditional vacuuming and mopping, there is much less daily maintenance involved. We set it up with ease, let it work, and come home to noticeably cleaner and fresher-looking floors. If you’re looking for a robot vacuum that does it all, has great cleaning performance, and is easy to use with an app, this is a great choice for you. Gifted by Dyson

Right out of the box it was clear this is a whole new improved level of combo floor-cleaners. The machine is sturdy. Even beautiful to look at.
Plugged it in, it set itself up with the app. No input from me. Mapped so quickly! Caught everything. Perfectly.
I filled the water and cleaner tank with ease. Set the schedule with the Dyson app. Literally forgot about it!!! Came home from work the next day to the cleanest floors. And have every day since!
It is always on the dock ready to clean again!

I am in love with my "Floor Goddess". My life is so much easier.
Best product in class. Actually, this product is in a class all by itself. Others have some catching up to do.

The vacuum cleans well where it can reach, but its large size prevents it from accessing smaller spaces, like between the legs of dining chairs. The navigation also gets stuck more often than I'd expect, it stubbornly struggles with common obstacles like door thresholds.
Mopping works well, the dirty water tank is dirty. It does leave the docking station plate dirty after cleaning the rollers and occasionally leaves behind dirty water puddles when changing directions.
Dog hair is a struggle.
The app and vacuum frequently disconnect and becomes unavailable; I have to start and stop cleaning using the buttons on the vacuum to get it to reconnect. The map editing tool also lacks finesse; I accidentally split a room along an existing line and was unable to merge the sections back together leading me to abandon the map and lose the obstacles and learning that it had accumulated.
I'm not sure I would purchase this again but it's a new product and I'm hoping future app updates and firmware improvements will come soon.
