Good size, lots of Light

I love the size of the freezer, and I love the amount of light inside that makes it so easy to find our items. It cooled quickly and has been effective at keeping our food frozen. I am having a slight challenge with the glass shelves. After just a few days of use, one of the selves are starting to show a slight bow. I bought the larger size freezer in order to hold a family sized amount of veggies, chicken, fries, etc. Items are sorted, labeled and organized with plastic dividers. I’m unsure about the long term durability of the shelves. Fingers crossed. Hopefully replacements or supports are available if needed.

So Convenient and So Much Extra Space!
I’m really happy with the Frigidaire Upright Convertible Freezer. One of my favorite features is being able to use it as either a refrigerator or a freezer. It’s so convenient to have that flexibility depending on what I need more of at the time.
The size is just right for us. There’s plenty of room without it feeling like we have a huge appliance taking over the space. I especially love having a place for extra drinks, so I never have to worry about having enough cold beverages when family and friends come over. It’s also been a lifesaver when we’re getting ready for a party because I can prepare ahead of time and have plenty of space to store food and drinks.
It has also made shopping at club stores so much more worthwhile. I can buy things in bulk without trying to cram everything into our regular refrigerator or freezer. There’s plenty of room for all those extra items, which makes stocking up so much easier.
Overall, this freezer has been such a useful addition to our home. I love having the extra space and especially the option to switch between refrigerator and freezer use. It’s one of those things you don’t realize how much you need until you have it!

Light switch trigger issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fridge but I had to have the door swing changed so the hinges were on the left side instead of the right, and now the light switch doesn’t get pushed in by the door when it closes. The hinges are off just enough that the switch doesn’t get depressed, the edge of the door just slides under it. The switch could be put lower down or the hinges could be made more easily adjustable. As it stands, I just hit the switch if I want the light on.
I have to say there are these plastic pieces on the top of the fridge on the sides (one has the light switch on it) that seem pretty flimsy.

Nice quality freezer.

My only complaint is that I wish it had one more glass shelf so that I can keep things more organized by product. And not have so many things on top of each other which tend to slide out.I like to keep things organized so that they are easier to find quickly.

Having the capacity during the holidays will make feeding our big family a breeze. It's getting harder to find anything that's this handy and solid. Stabile temperatures and well insulated you can place it anywhere.
