Love my new dishwasher! Washes dishes and cakes on food perfectly& dries them so you can just put right away, no wiping up wet spots. Super quiet also.

This is a high quality appliance. I love the flexibility of the racks. The smallest top rack is great for cooking utensils and very small items. The water bottle jets work great. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Door latch?

Moved into our home in the Fall last year. Dishwasher looks beautifiul. Sadly, that is all I can say about this appliance. Every single time we have attempted to use the dishwasher, the door will not remain shut. We’ll have slam the door shut and then hold it shut for a few minutes to ensure the cycle begins. How long can a person continue to bang their head on the wall before seeking help?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not my best dishwasher

The racks are hard to pull out and seem very rickety. The upper rack has awkward placement for glasses, mugs, etc. Not a fan of the silverware basket or top rack. I hate that it didn't come with a printed manual!

We’ve had this 2 months and had to unplug and plug in again as it was running through the wash options nonstop.

Mid rack not attached on right side from factory

Middle rack not connected to the right side. How did it leave the factory and pass quality control. Unit looks nice and once I fix the rack myself I’m sure it will work fine. Odd that you can’t communicate issues like this when registering the product. That would be a good way for GE to know how the product is showing up in the filed.
