Beautiful and easy to learn. I have not had the chance to use it but my dream kitchen is nearly complete.

I wish I was able to remove half of the silverware box. I never fill it and could use extra room for dishes. And in two cycles I had spoons still dirty!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your spoons could be placed on the top rack if you need a little more room in the lower rack for larger items. Easy and effective

This device is very easy to load, very easy to choose the cycles we want and very effective in cleaning our dishes. We espacially love the silverware sprayers. They work extremently well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dishwasher has flimsy trays/racks

Racks are flimsy. Bottom rack easily falls off its track. Top rack to close to the very top shelve-like rack. Door does not well. It seems that the closure latch does not catch well and door often pops open before the wash cycle.
