A little disappointed

I guess I expected more since the reviews were pretty decent. I am finding that this dishwasher is not as quiet as I thought it would be. I am getting decibel levels in the low 50s. The top dryer rack is so stiff that I feel like I have to tug to pull it out. Now the dishwasher does get my dishes clean and dry, no issues there. Just a bit annoyed with the other things not functioning better.

We're so glad to see you are enjoying this dishwasher. You've made an excellent choice by going with this model. We love the cleaning performance and features, our favorite being the "CustomFit" basket. This holds all your silverware, stemware and reusable straws, so items that were hand wash before can safely be washed in the dishwasher.

Worst dishwasher I’ve ever owned

Had issues with this dishwasher from day 1… beeps erratically and starts/stops constantly. Extremely unreliable. Contacted GE who sent out a repair person twice and replaced every electronic component inside and still not fixed. The repair guy noted in his report that the dishwasher was fixed when it obviously wasn’t and said there was nothing else that could be done until a software update is sent out by GE with no timing specified. Completely unacceptable…how could a company sell a product that doesn’t work properly and say “maybe it will be fixed in a future software update” so just deal with it!?Instead of replacing now they want to send someone out again and tear the thing apart yet again after a month - on a literally brand new unit. I have zero confidence in this product and fact they didn’t replace this right away is truly unbelievable. Avoid at all costs.

Upper tray is great and the adjustable racks are really nice for different configurations.
Response from cafeappliances.comBy Michael, Cafe_Applianecs, October 1, 2024
We’re happy to hear you’ve been enjoying the third rack and adjustable upper rack of your new dishwasher. The CustomFit lid caddy is great at keeping water from pooling in cup lids, and the bottle wash jets do an excellent job of cleaning tall, narrow items.

Best I’ve ever had

My only complaint at all is that when installed they didn’t put on the brackets to keep it from tilting and the instructions on that suck. But cleaning, drying, style, every other thing about dishwasher I absolutely love. Worth every penny!
