We would like to help you with the sound level of your dishwasher. We recommend making sure your dishes are loaded properly; tall utensils can be placed in the middle rack to avoid bumping against inner door during wash cycle. For more loading tips, you can visit pages 13 to 19 of the owner's manual here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--2sMlNv5N--/95504852352cb1d54eceeee3ed609aa29411b676.pdf
If the issue persists after troubleshooting, we recommend scheduling service with one of our Bodewell technicians by calling 1-833-426-3393 or visiting us online at:

Overall: solid

I totally love the very top rack. It is perfect for many things that are otherwise difficult to place. But I don't like the silverware rack placed on the lower right rack. It's difficult to reach without opening the door all the way and bending down. My last one had a silverware container in the front and that was much more accessible, since I load forks and spoons more than anything else.

This dishwasher works beautifully. I am so happy with it. My dishes come out sparkling clean. I love the silverware rack in the top and the rack that goes up and down to accommodate taller pots and pans. Very quiet too. Would recommend it!

Matte white is beautiful

I’ve only had this appliance a month, the thing I like the most about it is it’s very very quiet. Loading of dishes is easy. The third rack at the top is great for those longer handles on spoons and ladles. It seems to clean everything perfectly. It is also pretty beautiful in the matte white With the beautiful bronze handles
