Second rack does not pull all the way out

Main concern is the the middle rack does not pull all the way out. Also, it did not clean the dishes initially. After running the machine several time it started working properly.

So close to FIVE stars!

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is that I'd really like for the movable silverware tray, that goes in the top to be bigger!
It's quiet, my dishes always come out sparkling clean, it has so many options for loading, I just want more space in the tray that I can line up my forks and spoons in.
