Love my dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my dishwasher for about 9 months and I am very pleased. My dishes come out clean and dry, but on occasion there is some stuck on food after the cycle is complete. I do use the Ultra dry cycle vs normal to ensure everything is completely dry. This cycle adds some time but I think that it’s worth is. In terms of noise this is very quiet! The third row rack could be better…I really can’t put much in it and I really only use it because it’s there not because I need the space. Overall you won‘t be disappointed with this dishwasher!

Good Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I really enjoy this dishwasher. The noise is almost nonexistent. I sometimes have to walk over to it to make sure it is still running. It gets the dishes very clean. I have never had any issues with stuck on food or anything. As far as capacity, it holds plenty of dishes, but I will say that I sometimes with the third rack wasn’t there because it takes up some space and isn’t as useful as I would hope. The drying works pretty well and I haven’t had any issues with spotting or anything. It also seems to be pretty efficient, but I am not monitoring that too closely.

We'd like to provide tips that can help with getting the most out of the cleaning cycle and share information about the cycle times. We recommend first checking to make sure your inlet water temperature is reaching 120°F at minimum. This allows food and detergent residue to completely dissolve. It is also important to load your dishes optimally to ensure each item is getting coverage from the spay arm. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very quiet dishwasher but the top rack can be difficult at times. It gets in the way of the upper glass rack and I accidentally pull it out when intending to pull the glass rack out. However, I do like the upper rack to wash long utensil ands lids. It matches well with the other cafe products.

what an improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our previous Cafe Dishwasher under warranty (AHS) due to a constant drip from the door. Our new dishwasher is better in cleaning, it is more quiet and seems to dry much better. The installers did not get the machine placed as I wanted so I did it myself. The connections on the side to the cabinet are a great deal easier as the holes are bigger and much easier to access.
