Hands down the worst dishwasher I've ever had
on August 30, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this dishwasher a few months ago and feel compelled to warn others out there considering it. This dishwasher is by far the worst dishwasher I ever had. not so much for the cleaning part but the design is so cheaply made and really falls far behind other brands I've had. and I've had many. just now the bottom adjustable rack just collapsed breaking a plate, I fixed it it happened again. I fixed it again and finally figured not to put a pot cover behind which was loosening the flimsy piece that holds it in place. the third rack is worthless for the design and space. nothing fit there. I don't even use it. I have a Maytag that is far superior to this Cafe dishwasher. I'm a big fan of GE when it comes to ovens but for dishwashers, I'm so so disappointed. I expect so much more from a brand like GE

We'd like to help out with the piece needing to be replaced on the bottom rack and offer some tips for using the third rack. The CustomFit top rack was designed to hold large uniquely shaped utensils. This includes spatulas, large knives, and whisks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great capacity, very quiet running cycles, I love that I can control it from my phone and that I got notified on my phone when the dishwasher was done.

There are plenty of cycles to choose from. It runs quietly with an efficient energy rating. The capacity in the various racks allow you to fit a lot of different types of dishes/utensils at once.

This dishwasher is so quiet half the time I have to use the app to see if it is running. Also does a great job on glassware and is roomy. Racks have the ability to hold most all my dishes without dish’s move and tipping during cycle’s.
I would recommend this to a friend!
