[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We highly recommend this dishwasher for its efficiency, low noise, energy saving, and capabilities. It’s well designed with the end user in mind, with its highly used preprogrammed options. It’s so quiet and doesn’t disrupt conversations. It’s efficient and energy saving!

One year happy owner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher as it has so many features and does a great job cleaning. That said, I am online today after using about 1 year to order a replacement bottom sprayer that one end melted. I don't know if this was a design flaw, or if a utensil prevented the sprayer from turning thus melting the tip. Otherwise, it cleans and dries the dishes quietly and spotless.

A dishwasher that is quiet & gives very dry dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had GE dishwashers & this is the best model so far. It holds a lot of dishes & the silverware basket hold a lot & is easy to use which is an improvement over my last model where it would come apart every time it was taken out of the dishwasher. The racks allow to arrangement of dishes in many ways. This model really gives us dry dishes at the end of the cycle if I use the ultra dry option where my other dishwasher I had to always wipe water off of anything that had a depression that would catch water. It also is a quiet dishwasher.

We're so glad to see that you are enjoying your new dishwasher. You've made a great choice by going with this model and we're confident that it will last you for many years to come. We're also big fans of the rack layout, especially the CustomFit top rack. It really allows flexibility when washing all of your items.

We are more than glad to assist with the operation of your dishwasher. There are a few things we recommend checking that may help with cleaning the dishes properly. Firstly, make sure large dishware does not block the detergent
dispenser or the wash arms. You can refer to the article below for helpful loading tips: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=19573#:~:text=Make%20sure%20tall%20items%20clear,interfere%20with%20the%20spray%20arm. Secondly, we recommend using high quality detergents, such as Cascade Platinum, ActionPacs, or Finish® Quantum® Automatic Dishwashing Detergent. For further guidance, please refer to the troubleshooting here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38933
As far as the drying, be sure to check the rinse agent dispenser and fill it as required. It's possible that additional drying time may be needed. You can select the Dry-Ultra option to add additional drying time. For more tips on drying, refer here: https://repair.geappliances.com/resources/faq/article/why-is-my-dishwasher-not-drying

Nice dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look of the dishwasher is very appealing, love the solid handle and easy to read function panel. The top utensil rack is a nice addition for delicate items. The silverware wash feature is nice for getting those forks and spoons really clean. I feel like the dishes do not get dry enough on a standard normal wash of two hours without adding the extra dry drying feature for a three hour cycle. Overall happy with the product.
