Pros and cons

Rack organization is really nice, fits our dishes quite well.
Silverware rack is nice to keep them apart for better cleaning
The third rack is nice for flat spoons and the like, as long as we don't forget we put stuff in there
Had higher expectations of the bottle wash jets as we can a lot of food and reuse the mason jars, but we still need to prewash the jars.
Nice looking and matches the rest of our Cafe appliances
Cons
Doesn't wash dishes very well, we need to prewash a lot of them. Which is shocking as the was cycle is almost twice as long as our previous dishwasher.
Need to have it set at the highest level to get the dishes to dry.
Bottle wash jets were disappointing, great idea, poor execution.
Choice of cycles is pretty pointless as we need to keep it at the highest level to clean our dishes.

So quiet!

Love how much quieter this dishwasher is compared to my last one. The only downside is the racks do not seem to roll as smoothly as I feel they should? I don’t know if that could be an installation issue though? Very happy besides that.

Great but not perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the dishwasher has been pretty good. I would give it a 4.2/5. The sanitize option is great, along with the bottle jet cleaners. The only issue that we have run into is the top rack, the spickets aren't wide enough to fit deep bowls, so we end up laying them down and not being able to fill it as much. The double water spinners seem to clean well, only downside is, our plates are tall and at first use, the rack was too low and kept hitting the water spinners. We had to adjust the top rack up, which cause us to lose some space.

Works well but tines on 2nd shelf are a puzzle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rack configuration has me confused. it is so unlike my old Dishwasher. I tried reconfiguring the offset times on the middle shelf of the dishwasher so they were straight across from each other but they were then too close together to make saucers stay upright. I even went back to the store to look at the display model to see if maybe mine was defective. It wasn't and the sales guy agreed and didn't know why the tines were not across from each other. I reveiwed the manual again and then notice they were using it for drinking glasses which seemed unsteady when I tried it that way.
