Dishwasher top rack can be adjusted.

When I first used the dishwasher, the rack on top was too low. The spray arms under the top rack hit my dinner plates on the bottom rack. I finally figured out that the top rack will raise up. There are tabs on each side of the rack that you can press that will adjust the height. Now, the dishes on the bottom don’t hit the spray arm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
