[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this vacuum. I have tried a few other stick vacuums over the years but this one is the best. My husband used it and then promptly took it away from me and declared it was his because of the self standing feature, which is a game changer!
Besides that this thing is quiet for a vacuum and it’s still powerful. We have four cats and they didn’t even run away when I used it. I had no problem with pet hair or litter at all. We have a toddler too and it handled every type of mess. There is a light on the head of the vacuum too which is actually really cool because you can see it’s picking up everything!
This vacuum is a really good buy, and as an added perk, the box turns into a little cat cubbie which is SO cute and refreshing to see a company think about reusing/repurposing materials. The environmentalist in me was so happy to see that, and the overall efficient way they packaged this product was amazing. And they have a pet foundation on top of that, I really appreciate the extras this company is doing and didn’t know before getting this vacuum! A+ Bissell.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell PowerClean DualBrush has honestly made everyday messes much easier to keep up with compared to our old corded vacuum, and it does a much more thorough job than our robot vacuum. With a toddler in the house and living in a very dusty high desert climate, our floors constantly need attention, so the convenience of quickly grabbing a cordless vacuum has been a huge plus.
The AutoAdapt technology actually worked really well at first and I could definitely tell when it kicked into higher power mode because it picked up dirt and debris noticeably better. That said, the sensor seems very sensitive to dust buildup. In our climate, the sensor gets blocked fairly quickly and starts flashing a red light error telling me to clean it. Once cleaned, it works again, but I do find myself needing to maintain it more often than expected.
One feature I absolutely love is the self-standing design. It’s so nice not having to fully lay the vacuum on the floor every time I pause cleaning. That said, it is pretty top heavy because of the battery placement, and with a curious toddler running around I still usually lean it into a corner so it doesn’t get knocked over.
The furniture attachment has also been fantastic. I was honestly shocked by how much dust and debris it pulled out of our sofa.
My biggest functional complaint is honestly the wall charger setup. The vacuum is surprisingly difficult to remove from the charger, and because of that, the wall mount itself wants to pull off the bracket unless I physically hold it in place while removing the vacuum. It feels like the mounting clips either need to be stronger or the vacuum should release more easily. It’s one of those small annoyances that becomes frustrating when you use it daily.
Battery life also could be better. Even running it in normal mode, I couldn’t finish our living room, dining room, and kitchen all in one go before needing to recharge.
Overall though, I do think it’s a good value, especially compared to other stick vacuums that cost twice as much. It definitely has some limitations, but the convenience and cleaning performance have still made it worth using regularly in our home.
Pros • Great for quick everyday messes • More convenient than a corded vacuum • Cleans more thoroughly than our robot vacuum • AutoAdapt power boost helps with dirt pickup • Self-standing feature is genuinely useful • Furniture attachment works extremely well • Good value compared to pricier stick vacuums
Cons • Difficult to remove from wall charger • Wall mount does not stay secured well when removing vacuum • Dust sensor requires frequent cleaning in dusty climates • Battery life could be better
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell PowerClean DualBrush has been a great addition to my home. I have two huskies, and the shedding this time of year is always overwhelming. The PowerClean DualBrush does a great job of keeping my carpet, upholstery, and wood floors dog hair free! It also does a great job picking up food crumbs and larger chunks of destroyed dog toys.
The AutoAdapt technology took some getting used to, but helped save battery life when the extra power wasn’t needed. The vacuum stands up securely with or withoutu the battery and easily stores in small spaces.
The Bissell PowerClean DualBrush outperformed my last cordless vacuum in suction and battery life and the additional attachments make vacuuming upholstery and staircases a breeze. Happy to have a versatile vacuum with plenty of long lasting suction power!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really impressed with the BISSELL PowerClean DualBrush for everyday cleaning. It handled everything from small crumbs and dust to larger debris surprisingly well, especially on hard floors and my carpeted rooms. I didn’t find myself needing to go over the same spot multiple times, and it picked up pet hair and larger messes without scattering them around.
The AutoAdapt technology was one of my favorite features. I loved how it automatically boosted the suction when it detected a heavier mess, so I didn’t have to constantly switch settings myself. It made the vacuum feel smart and efficient while also helping preserve battery life during lighter cleaning.
The self-standing design is such an underrated feature and honestly made a big difference in day-to-day use. Being able to quickly pause cleaning without leaning the vacuum against furniture or laying it on the floor was incredibly convenient. This has actually been one of my major pet peeves in my past stick vacuums.
Overall, I think this vacuum offers excellent value for the price. Compared to other stick vacs I’ve used, it feels more powerful and practical for real-life messes while still being lightweight and easy to maneuver. The combination of strong pickup, automatic suction adjustment, and the self-standing design makes it feel much more premium than many similarly priced cordless vacuums.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried at least 5 battery stick vacuums of all brands: this is BY FAR the best!! Actually, it is better than my plug in regular vacuum that I love. My test is pine needles that get stuck in my floor mats by my doors. I haven’t had much luck with any vacuum getting them out. Well, imagine my excitement when I tried this and I didn’t have to vacuum then pick the rest out by hand!! It got every single one out on the first pass!! I’m loving it! The way it detects which power is needed is also a cool feature. My kids can easily do a quick vacuum and it does all the work. I’ve been using it for a month and I tell everyone I know how much I love it. Such a great vacuum and a great price compared to what I’ve spent on others.. plus it works better! LOVE it! Easy storing, stands by itself, bright headlights.. sucks up everything! Amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For context: our home has engineered hardwood throughout, area rugs in most rooms, and a white shag rug in our bedroom that takes the worst of the foot traffic. We also have a golden retriever who sheds constantly, two cats, and two young children. A robot vacuum runs every single day, and somehow there is still pet hair everywhere. My husband handles most of the vacuuming in our house, so a lot of what I’m sharing here is his take alongside mine. The floor LED lights are the standout feature. We chose a hardwood color that mostly hides our golden’s fur, which is great until you realize how much is actually down there. The first time my husband used this vacuum in our hallway, he turned the overhead lights off and ran it with just the floor lights on — he came and grabbed me to show me how much hair was sitting there that we had been walking right past. He said he is never going back to vacuuming without floor lights. The handheld attachment has its own light as well, which I was not expecting and ended up loving for the couch. The AutoAdapt feature is one of those things you almost forget is there until it kicks in. Someone tracked a significant amount of gravel into one of our rooms and we did not notice until it was already spread across the floor — you could hear and feel the suction ramp up the moment it hit the debris. I also had a moment where I accidentally spilled a large amount of powdered cleaner on the shag rug. With our previous stick vacuum, that would have meant going back and forth across the pile many times to work the powder out. This one cleared it in far fewer passes, and was noticeably quieter doing it. The self-standing design is a small feature that has made a surprisingly big difference. Our old vacuum tipped over constantly, especially when the kids walked past it, and this one simply stays where you leave it. Our children can also use this one on their own, which has been a nice bonus. A few other things we appreciate: the battery lasts long enough to do the whole house in a single session, emptying the dust bin is genuinely mess-free and does not require detaching anything first, and the attachments feel sturdier and connect more quickly than the ones on our previous vacuum. It is also noticeably quieter, which matters when the children are napping or the cats are nearby. Our one real critique is corner and edge cleaning. We cannot quite get as close to the baseboards as we could with our previous vacuum, and the suction along walls feels somewhat weaker. Maneuverability in open space is excellent, but it is slightly clunkier in tight areas. The weight is comparable to our previous cordless stick vacuum, which is fine. For our household, the floor lights alone make this vacuum worth it. They have genuinely changed how we approach vacuuming, and the fact that they make a job my husband already does even easier is the highest compliment I can offer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been impressed with how well the Bissell PowerClean DualBrush handles everyday messes around our home. Between kids, pets, and constant crumbs, it picked up everything from snack crumbs to larger messes without needing multiple passes. I especially noticed the AutoAdapt technology adjusting suction when moving between surfaces and heavier debris, which made cleaning feel more efficient without me having to think about settings.
I also appreciated the self-standing design, which sounds minor but makes a big difference when you need to pause cleaning to move something or tend to kids. Not having to lean the vacuum against furniture or balance it on the wall or counter is surprisingly convenient.
Compared to other stick vacuums I’ve used, this one feels like a good balance between performance, convenience, and value. It handled daily cleaning well and made quick cleanups easier, which is important in a busy household. Overall, I’d recommend it to other families looking for a lightweight stick vacuum that performs well on everyday messes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an amazing everyday stick vacuum. My biggest praise for this is it works better than any other stick vacuum on my thin washable rugs! If I go quick I can actually clean the rug without getting stuck which is a huggggeee game changer for me. I will still get stuck if I go slow but it has been the best so far. Another impressive feature for me is being able to stand on its own. The base is very sturdy and secure. This vacuum came with all the necessary features I needed to keep my house clean. My house is predominately wood with a few rug and carpet only on the stairs. This has been the only stick vacuum that has allowed me to clean daily mess with two dogs and two kids. The head lamps are also so bright I can use the feature even during the day! Thank you Stellar panel for the opportunity to test this product and give my honest feedback.
