Bissell Dual Brush Magic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has been a lifesaver for me. I have had the worst time finding a vacuum that could handle the circumstances of our household, but this vacuum has changed things.
First of all, we have two indoor animals that shed hair and two toddlers that drop crumbs everywhere they go. We also have a washable rug that as much as I love, has become as issue to vacuum.
It’s so hard to vacuum a washable rug without the vacuum stopping every 2 seconds when you try to clean it. This vacuum does such a good job of getting up the animal hair and crumbs without blinking an eye. It doesn’t stop most of the time as long as you use it the right way.
My favorite spec of the vacuum is the light. It shows everything! I did not realize we were walking around on so much filth until this vacuum showed me. The last stick vac I we used had a light but it wasn’t bright enough to show me where I really needed to focus.
This vacuum shows me exactly where I need to focus my attention and gets everything.
I also love that it literally glides where I push it. It’s heavy but easy to use and direct.
Another favorite feature is the docking station. My husband hung it on the wall easily for me and I love that I can just place it up there to charge and not worry about the cords every time I use it.
The auto adapt technology is great because we have hard wood and some carpeted areas. I don’t have to manually change anything when I go from hardwood to carpet, the vacuum automatically senses it and adjusts to accommodate.
It stands on its own easily. Other stick vacs I’ve had have been so unstable when I stand them up and it would scar me with my toddlers running around, and sometimes they would falls this vacuum is sturdy enough to stand and I don’t have to worry about it.
Overall, I love this vacuum and think it’s definitely worth its value. Four stars because it would just be more convenient if it didn’t cut off at all while vacuuming my washable rug. Buy this vac and you will hit regret it!

Stick vac convert

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell PowerClean DualBrush was my first time using a cordless vacuum and I love it! I’ve been hesitant to buy a cordless vacuum in the past over worries the battery wouldn’t last long enough or the suction wouldn’t be strong enough to keep up with my two dogs. And I’m pleased to say neither of those has been an issue with the Bissell!
It handles small messes/crumbs just fine, but also gets the dog hair out of the carpet and upholstery. The auto adapt technology is a nice feature too. I can hear the difference as I seamlessly transition from carpet to hardwood back to carpet. And my worry that doing our large, carpeted family room first (the biggest offender of dog hair) would deplete the battery before I could get to other rooms hasn’t been the case. I also like the self-standing design. I keep it tucked in a corner, near an outlet, so it’s always ready to go. It doesn’t need to leaned up against anything or be taken apart to store, so I’ve found myself using it more frequently too.

Good on Hardwoods and Large Rugs
on May 11, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like this vacuum because it has very strong suction, a flexible hose on the base that makes it really easy to maneuver, and a simple canister design that you can remove with one click (doesn’t require you to disassemble any other parts to empty it like some other stick vacs I’ve used). It works great on my hardwood floors and on large carpets. The lights make it really easy to spot dirt and dog hair and super satisfying to see how clean the floor then gets with each pass.
I definitely recommend this vacuum if you have hard floors and/or large, low pile rugs or carpeting, but I do have a few caveats. The upholstery tool did not work well for my couch and I don’t know if this was a suction issue or just the weave of my upholstery, but I had to make a lot of passes for just okay results. Also, while I like the concept of the auto adapt mode, if you’re vacuuming something that triggers turbo mode it kills the battery super fast and then takes quite a while to recharge. Lastly, this vacuum is not good for runners or small rugs that aren’t held down by furniture because the suction is actually too strong! It bunches the rugs which triggers the roller to stop and then you have to turn the vacuum off and on again to restart the roller.
That said, this is my go to vacuum now for my hardwoods and large rugs.

Bissell Vac Review
on May 11, 2026
Posted by: MamaCleanlee
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try out this Bissell vacuum because I have had other Bissell products that I have made great use of. While this vacuum was good for picking up small bits here and there, it did not perform as well as I had hoped when it comes to bigger piles of dirt, including clumps of dog hair. I often found that the vacuum would not “pick up” if going back over a spot. It also did not seem to hold a charge well. However, I did like the light on the vacuum as it was helpful in seeing what dirt was on the floor (and subsequently what was picked up or not). It was easy to empty the canister, although I felt that could not hold much. Overall, I would recommend for quick pickups, but not to be your primary vacuum.

Response from BISSELL HomecareBy Janelle McFarlane, BISSELL Consumer Care, May 12, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience—we understand how disappointing it can be when a machine doesn’t meet expectations for everyday cleaning. The PowerClean® DualBrush Cordless is designed for quick pickups, and reduced suction or run time can sometimes be improved by fully cleaning the brush roll, filter, and ensuring the battery is fully charged before use. We’re glad you found the floor light and easy-empty canister helpful, and we’d love to see if we can improve performance for you. Please reach out to our BISSELL Consumer Care team at support.bissell.com for troubleshooting or support options.

Excellent and easy to use vacuum
on May 11, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bissell PowerClean DualBrush vacuum get better each time I use it. It is easy to use and picks up everything I have thrown at it so far. I have 4 boys and 2 cats. This vacuum is able to keep up with the hourly messes made by mud, sand, cat hair, and the many other messes created by children at mealtime or messes brought in from them playing outside.
There are many things I love about this vacuum. It has an automatic light when you turn the vacuum on, the battery lasts for a long time, and the different separation points make it easy to clean any crevices. It truly is an excellent, easy to use vacuum. On top of the 3 different levels of suction, there is an auto adapt feature that turns on a higher suction when it senses a need for it. It definitely has come in handy when I happen upon a larger amount of popcorn crumbs where my toddler threw himself a party. Honestly, the more I use the vacuum the more I love it.
Another feature that is nice is the vacuum can stand upright on its own which is handy when I need to move a coffee table or lift up a chair to sweep under.
The only other stuck vacuum I have used that is a huge company does not have nearly the easy of this vacuum. I can quickly detach the bottom roller section to a long tube for crevices with a simple tap of my foot. I am able to vacuum my whole kitchen and rugs without needing to go get a separate attachment. It is wonderful.
As to negatives, I would not say the only one I can think of is that when you detach the roller vacuum with the bright light, the long crevice tube doesn't have one. I don't know of any vacuum that has a lighted crevice device but it can be a little difficult to transition after the nice bright light on the roller vacuum section.
Overall, this is an excellent vacuum. It is worth the money for how easy it is to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from only ever using traditional corded vacuums, I was honestly surprised by how much I liked this cordless vacuum! Not having to constantly plug and unplug while cleaning makes a bigger difference than I expected. Whenever I would get ready to unplug, only to realize I didn’t have to - it was a pleasant relief.
The biggest downside, though, is definitely the battery life. I wasn’t able to get through my whole downstairs on a single charge like I normally can with my corded vacuum, so that’s something to keep in mind if you have a larger space. The first time I used it, I didn’t time it, but if I had to guess, it probably lasted around 20 minutes. To be fair, though, I was mostly using the Turbo setting. The second time I used it, I did time it and got about 32 minutes of run time before it died, and that was using the AutoAdapt mode.
Just like the name suggests, the AutoAdapt mode changes the amount of suction based on how heavy the mess is. You can tell it does so because it will get a little louder when you reach a particularly heavy amount of debris. But then it goes right back to the lower power mode. This is probably the mode I’ll be using the most since it balances cleanliness with battery preservation.
The canister is on the smaller side, which is expected for a cordless vacuum, but it definitely fills up quickly and needs to be emptied more often than I’m used to, but this isn’t a “dealbreaker”.
That said, there’s a lot I do like about it. It has a really low profile, so it slides easily/ further under furniture and into tight spots I usually struggle to reach. The front lights are also surprisingly helpful—they make it really easy to see dust, hair, and debris that I would otherwise miss.
At first it felt a little flimsy compared to my heavier corded vacuum, but after using it more, I realized that’s actually part of what makes it so easy to maneuver. It moves around furniture really smoothly and doesn’t feel bulky at all.
Overall, I love it & will definitely be using it often! It’s lightweight, easy to grab, and simple to use. I might actually buy an extra battery so I can go double the amount of time without charging!

Easy Daily Use Stick Vacuum
on May 11, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have both used this stick vacuum and agree it’s great for everyday use and can handle a variety of messes. The bright headlights help illuminate any little crumbs/dust that might be missed otherwise. We use it in both tile and carpet and it performs well on both. I like that it can auto adjust when it senses more intense messes and that I can also manually increase power. It handled some ground in mud my son tracked into the carpet. It seems a little on the heavier side for a stick vacuum, but it’s battery last a lot longer than others I have had. It also stands up on its own and is easy to charge. Overall, a great product from a trusted company.

My everyday vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review of the vaccum. Fix my grammer
Where should I start? My oh my this vacuum is a life saver if you have dogs that shed so much and kids who make endless mess (and I love them all). First, this BIssell is very light and easy to maneuver. So it makes it easy to clean multiple times a day if you use it like I do. Second, no cords!!! I love that part. I charge it in the night time and the next day I clean. Third, it is so easy to click with my foot and release the top vacuum and use it on my sofa and my doggie bed. The first time I used it on a dog bed I was shocked from the amount of dust and fur that came out. I think it is pretty powerful even though it doesn't look like it. The AutoAdapt technology is also a great feature. When my floor had way extra mess it knew right away. I was impressed by it. You can also change from two different modes. When you use it on carpet you kind of have to find the best mode to make it work for you depending on what kind of carpet you have. Overall this vacuum is amazing. I used another brand one time while vacationing and I liked it but I honestly think that Bissell is way better.
