[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You guys, I can't even believe this product is real. It has all the features I need!
It has great power, it is lightweight, and it has multiple attachments... what's not to love?
My home is all hard surfaces, which is really hard for vacuums to clean efficiently. Oftentimes, anything I roll over just gets immediately spat back out the backside. The dual bush design has completely put a stop to this. Just one pass-through and my floor is clean!
I can tell the auto-adapt technology is keeping up with any surface or mess changes as I move, because I can hear the suction change. This was perfect for any kid or pet messes.
The lightweight feature is so nice, because the floor attachment can come completely off and the whole vacuum can change to a handheld device. The high-up vents in my house didn't stand a chance.
This vacuum has been an amazing addition to my household. I cleaned the stairs for the first time in almost a year! So happy to have this product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is the gold standard of vacuums. The self standing design makes it convenient for when you need to stop and clean up toys or move dog beds off the floor to vacuum- no more vacuum crashing to the floor! We’ve tried other stick vacuums, and that was always an issue for us, as well as them just not having enough power. We have 5 dogs, 3 cats, and a toddler- This vacuum handles the crazy amounts of dog and cat hair that we have on a daily basis like a pro!! The AutoAdapt technology comes in handy when a little extra power is needed to suck up crumb trails from my toddler or litter that’s been tracked out from the cat boxes. Another favorite feature are the lights that illuminate every stray dog hair and piece of dirt in it’s path! I never realized the amount of hair and dirt I was previously missing with my old vacuum! I was concerned about battery life with a cordless vacuum, but I’m able to get the whole downstairs done on one charge- and you can purchase extra batteries and keep them charged up if you’re doing a deep clean of the whole house! Added little fun bonus- the box that the vacuum comes in turns into a cute little kitty condo that was a hit with our cats!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a dog, a toddler, and a preschooler in a house with two floors of hardwood flooring with area rugs. The kids eat in all rooms of the house and on the couches, and my dog sheds a lot, so I have high standards for a vacuum. This vacuum works well on both thin, washable rugs and thicker rugs. I had this vacuum assembled and mounted on the wall without needing instructions in 10 minutes. I appreciated the simple process and the self-drilling wall anchors! I liked the compact shipping box that can turn into a cat fort, or in our case, a robot costume for my kids. I no longer need my hand vacuum for car seat and couch cleaning. This vacuum does it all with its multiple attachments that are easy to store on the wall mount. The double brush roll is much more effective than my old single-brush roll stick vacuum at getting dog fur out of rugs. It is so convenient that the vacuum can stand on its own. As I mom, I have to pause vacuuming frequently and it’s nice to not have to find a wall to lean the vacuum against. The battery life is sufficient to clean both floors of my home. My preschooler loves that the long tube is removable so he can vacuum up his own messes with just the handle and brush roll attachment. Upholstery cleaning: I appreciate that the upholstery attachment also has a light on it to see what I’m cleaning. The attachment changes angle as you clean your couch which helps it get dirt out without breaking suction. This attachment pairs well with another popular Bissel product I own to help me really get my light-colored couch clean from the smells and stains that come from a dog and little kids. You know a company is confident in its vacuum when they put super bright headlights on it. You can really see that this vacuum cleans everything and I highly recommend it, especially to dog owners and parents of little ones!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own two stick vacs from another brand, and found myself reaching for this one over those time and time again. It handled both small everyday messes and larger debris extremely well. My toddler dumped rice from a sensory bin all over the floor, and this vacuum cleaned up every grain with no problem. It also easily picked up full-sized veggie straws that fell on the floor, cat food that my toddler knocked over, and food flung from the high chair (I'm sensing a theme here...).
One of my favorite features - and a big reason it "stands out" from my other two stick vacs - is the self-standing design. What a game changer!!! It’s honestly amazing and so convenient. I don't have to worry about leaning it against a wall only for it to fall down and wake my toddler up from a nap (which has happened with my other stick vacs!). Another huge plus is the power button. Unlike other stick vacs that require you to constantly hold down a trigger, this one lets you simply press the button to turn it on and off.
I also love that it transitions from rugs to hardwood floors without needing to swap heads. That makes cleaning much faster and easier compared to other stick vacuums I’ve owned. My home is all hard flooring with rugs in certain rooms, so not having to constantly switch the head was great. This vacuum also worked great on thin washable rugs, which my other vacuums have struggled with.
Overall, things that I loved most about this vacuum: the self-standing feature, the strong suction power for both large and small messes, the ability to clean rugs (especially thin washable rugs) and hardwood without switching heads, and the simple push-button power control instead of a trigger.
A few drawbacks: the headlights don’t highlight dust and hair as effectively as laser-style lights on some competing vacuums (you could view this as a positive if you hate seeing all the dust on your floor), and the vacuum head is a bit bulky, making it harder to clean under lower furniture or tighter spaces. I couldn't get it under my fridge and had to grab a slimmer profile vacuum for that. Alternatively, I could have taken the head off of this one and just used the tube to suck up any messes.
Overall, I love this vacuum. I have 2 cats and a toddler and the Bissell handled all their messes with ease!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Bissell PowerClean DualBrush a few times now and with all of the different extensions and it definitely has some pros and cons. I really like the lights on the front of the vacuum, it helps me locate things on my floor I don't see with my other vacuums. However, because of the lights I can also see that the vacuum does not manage to get everything off the ground and requires me to go over the same areas multiple times. This vacuum is also very heavy and it gets tiring if you are vacuuming a large area. I do love that it will stand up on its own, my other stick vacuum is constantly crashing to the ground when I try to lean it up against something temporarily. Overall this vacuum is good for the cost, but would not be my first choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog hates vacuums… and I have tried a lot of vacuums. I have found a correlation that the better the vacuum, the more my dog hates it. I think he senses a powerful vacuum and how it’s going to tear through the messes he tries to leave around my house. Needless to say, I got excited when I took out the Bissell PowerClean DualBrush and he immediately started a low growl. All this to say, this vacuum is legit. We have a house full of mess-makers including a 10-year-old, an older dog, two guinea pigs and a less-than-conscientious husband. I vacuum multiple times a day to keep messes away, and I found the Bissell was not only able to keep up but had some features I loved that I didn’t even realize I needed. Specifically, I have a lot of hay mess from our guinea pigs. In the past, I’ve had to manually sweep it up with a broom before I can vacuum. Other vacuums just couldn’t seem to grab the hay. My favorite part of the Bissell? One word: headlights. I was never more humbled than when those bright lights flicked on and I saw years of crumbs I thought I had been picking up glaring back up at me. When I was done vacuuming, I was finally confident everything had been picked up once and for all. Another thing I loved about the Bissell was the ability to go from hard floors to carpet easily. I know a lot of other stick vacuums claim they can do this, but I just haven’t found that to be the case. They lack the brush technology and the power the Bissell possesses. I don’t typically use AutoAdapt technologies. I usually opt for the highest power settings regardless, so I chose to use the manual option for power. I will say this drains the power pretty quickly. I think I will train myself to start using the AutoAdapt technology because I think it would be better on my different flooring materials than just always going full throttle. Additionally, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve have a stick vac that tips over and spills all over my freshly cleaned floors, but the Bissell’s design that allowed it to self-stand was a feature I didn’t realize I’d love so much. The overall vacuum is sturdy and feels well made. The only downside to the vacuum is its weight. I prefer to use my stick vac for quick jobs and would have appreciated the vac to be a little lighter. The reality, however, is that I would much rather my vacuum be a little heavier and have more power than lighter and not do a good job. Plus, the big canister is a blessing. I HATE having to dump halfway through my cleaning. I would definitely suggest the Bissell PowerClean DualBrush to my friends and family.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used quite a few cordless stick vacuums over the years, and what impressed me most about the Bissell PowerClean DualBrush was how practical it felt for everyday use.
We have large area rugs, hard flooring, low furniture, and a dog, so I wanted to see how it would perform in real-life conditions, especially under beds and furniture where dust and hair collect. The low profile and light on the vacuum head made a huge difference because it immediately showed dust and debris hiding under beds and furniture that I honestly would have missed otherwise.
What surprised me most was how much fine dust and debris it picked up from areas that honestly looked clean beforehand. I also appreciated how easy it was to empty and clean. The canister, filters, and brush roll were all simple to access, which makes regular maintenance much less of a chore.
The self-standing feature ended up being more useful than I expected too.
Like most cordless stick vacs, the dust bin isn’t huge, so if you’re doing a deeper clean or have pets you’ll probably empty it more often although I did appreciate how easy the canister was to remove and clean.
Overall, I found it lightweight, easy to maneuver, and strong enough for everyday cleaning on both rugs and hard floors.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really happy with my Bissell Dual Brush PowerClean vacuum. Right out of the box, I was impressed by how sleek and modern it looks. The blue finish is really nice — it actually looks more expensive than it is. It feels solid and well-made too, not cheap or flimsy at all. It came with two roller brushes and a few extra cleaning tools, which was a nice bonus. Performance-wise, it’s been excellent. I have a Persian cat who sheds like crazy and leaves hairballs everywhere. I previously owned other brands but this Bissell is by far better for pet hair. It picks up so much more cat hair and human hair, along with dust and everyday dirt. It does a great job on both carpet and hard floors. The built-in light really helps too — I can actually see all the hidden hair and debris that I would’ve missed otherwise. What surprised me the most is how easy and smooth it is to use. It glides effortlessly across the floor, so cleaning doesn’t tire me out like my old vacuum did. Overall, it’s powerful, convenient, and perfect for pet households. I’d definitely recommend it.
