[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum arrived right in time to clean my house for company - so I had the perfect opportunity to really test out it's capabilities. This is my second stick vacuum, I had a previous Bissell model as well, and I am really pleased with the updates they've made with this model of stick vacuum. All of the attachments are so quick and easy to swap out, I can have them in one hand, swap to another one to clean baseboards or reach spiderwebs on the ceiling then right back to the brush roll.
I have 3 dogs, two of which are half-husky breeds, so needless to say, I have a lot of dog hair in my home, as well as dirt and dust they track in from the backyard. The AutoAdapt technology increases the suction when needed for large clumps of hair and then drops back to the level I have selected, conserving battery life. The light on the brush roll attachment is so helpful to see all the dirt on the ground and what areas I might have missed. I was able to completely vacuum my entire upstairs of all solid wood flooring and tile with 1 charge. After fully re-charging the battery pack, I tackled my carpeted basement with ease as well. The dirt tank is very easy to empty and easy to clean of dirt and dust. It's impressive how much dust and light dirt it picks up from the ground.
By far one of the best features of this stick vacuum is the self-standing design. Gone are the days of the vacuum falling over and scaring everyone in the house! With all the added attachments and a hanging/charging doc, this vacuum is a great value. I doubt I'll be using my standard vac anytime soon as this stick vac handled our everyday messes with ease. Because it's small and easy to have around the house, I find myself reaching for it over and over to clean as messes pop up or dog hair accumulates.
As a pet-friendly brand, it's also worth mentioning that the box can be transformed into a fun little place for a cat to play.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many thanks to Stellar Review Panel for allowing me to try out this great product. It wasn’t my first vacuum by Bissell and I am still impressed by this brand. I really loved the features on this vacuum, especially how it handled everyday messes from my toddler. It picked up crumbs and bigger debris easily, and I was super impressed when it automatically kicked into high gear over a bigger pile of crumbs without me having to do anything.
I also liked the self standing design because it made cleaning feel a lot easier and more convenient. Overall, I think it’s a really good value and works better than some other stick vacs I’ve owned. It feels powerful but still simple to use for everyday cleaning. Highly recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a really great vacuum. I've used it in a couple unique places include my golf simulator which is basically turf. The turf frays at the edges so you get these hair like strands. The vacuum did a great job getting all the larger debris and it got all the little strands. When I was done there was quite a bit of dirt in the canister. I was impressed. I've used it indoor as well where I transition from runners/rugs to hardwood and it does a great job jumping from one to the other. I tried it out in my car too and while it did a great job it doesn't really have all the attachments you would need plus it's a little big for tight spaces. Thats my only real knock but I don't think the vacuum is meant for that. Very happy with the quality and how it's performed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissel Power Clean Dual Brush is by far an awesome vacuum. I love that it has AutoAdapt Technology, which automatically senses when it hits a dirtier patch and boosts suction by up to 75%, then backs off to save battery after cleaning it all up, you can feel and hear the suction getting stronger as it works. This vacuum really does a great job at getting pet hair from cracks and crevices, and that's a mega plus for me having allergies. With the bright headlights, you can see dust, hair, and dirt you never noticed before, and it can pick up kibble with no problems. Also, the pet hair attachment does a great job at cleaning fur off my couch. The fact that it can stand up on its own is a mega plus because you don't have to sit it up against the wall or anything when you pause to take a break. Overall, I like that It's lightweight and doesn't weigh my hands down, handles everyday messes with ease, and that It’s easy to empty, which makes cleanup quick. This is a great vacuum worth having.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off saying my house sees a lot of mess! 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats means a decent amount of cleanup everyday. I think this vacuum did a nice job with quick cleanups, like after supper crumbs, dog tracked in dirt, baby dropped dry cereal, those everyday life messes. The vacuum did a good job with hard surface flooring (we have tile and vinyl plank.) I was disappointed in its ability to get pet hair out of rugs though. I don’t think it did a great job getting those deeper carpet messes. Pros: light weight, quiet, battery lasted a decent amount of time, LOVE the light in the front (really shows the hair and dirt), self-standing design was a nice feature. Cons: Didn’t do a great job on rugs and carpet. Picked up surface messes but really didn’t pull the animal hair out as well as other vacuums I have. Also not a huge fan of the auto adapt feature. I would rather have higher suction power at all times and found myself wishing it would kick in and didn’t. Overall I think it’s a decent vacuum and worth having as a light weight, quick clean up, option. If you have a lot of carpet and pet hair, you’ll want something that cleans deeper than this.
I would recommend this to a friend!
Response from BISSELL HomecareBy Janelle McFarlane, BISSELL Consumer Care, May 14, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience and for the thoughtful breakdown of how it performed in a busy home. We’re glad it worked well for quick cleanups and hard floors, but we understand your frustration with pet hair pickup on rugs and the AutoAdapt response. For deeper carpet cleaning, higher suction settings and regular brush and sensor cleaning can sometimes help, but our BISSELL support team would be happy to assist further. Please feel free to reach out at support.bissell.com.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum exceeded my expectations for a stick vacuum! There are mandy things that I love about this product! First thing I noticed with this vacuum, is that it actually stands up on its own! Others that I have tried in the past always fall down when I try to sit them up to either move something, or empty the canister. I even showed my husband that it stood upright since I was so excited about it! This stick vacuum also has a light built in to the floor attachment, and the pet attachment! That is something that I now look for when choosing a vacuum, especially when it comes to pet hair! You can clearly see how much dirt and dust you are actually picking up with the light. One of the best features of this vacuum is the AutoAdapt technology. This vacuum will automatically sense that you are picking up a lot of debris, and turn up the suction! And it doesn't get stuck on the carpet, even on high suction! The pet attachment is great as well! Like I said before, it has a light on it as well! And it picks up all of my dogs wirey hair that gets left behind. And all those little crumbs and sprinkles your kids leave behind on the floor? This vacuum picks everything up without things getting pushed around! I have had issues with other vacuums in the past that kick back the crumbs, but with the dual brush, this vacuum picks everything up. I would recommend this vacuum to my friends and family.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll start by saying I really enjoy the Bissell clean vacuum so far! It’s pretty lightweight so going up and down the steps is a breeze. I enjoy the many attachments that comes with the vacuum. The white brush head which allows me to get into crevices clean baseboards is my favorite. I can’t speak to the exact runtime of the vacuum because I’m using it on and off all throughout the week. So far I’ve had vacuum charged for one week and it’s still going. The only downside side I would say is it took about an hour and a half to fully charge. Cleaning my daughter‘s area rug is a breeze, and it doesn’t get caught in the vacuum. The fact that I don’t have to lay the vacuum down on the floor or ask somebody to hold it as great as the vacuum stands on its own very well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of 3 and dog mom of 1, I have to vacuum daily to keep my house in good, clean order. I keep grabbing the Bissell PowerClean DualBrush instead of my heavy duty traditional vacuum because it is more light weight, has more attachment options for reaching tight spaces and has stronger suction. The new Auto Adapt technology expertly kicks into gear when you need extra power. It will clean up Cheerios, pet hair and crumbled toddler breakfast bars in seconds whether you’re on carpet, hardwood or the couch. If you’re looking for ease of use, versatility and quality, this is the one to get!!
