In love with this vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with this vacuum. The blue color is absolutely STUNNING, and it doesn’t stop there.
We have three kids and a professional shedder of a dog, so I didn’t have high hopes for this. Other stick vacs I’ve used just haven’t been able to hold up to Great Pyrenees dog hair. I’ve been pleasantly surprised though!
This vac is much lighter and easier to maneuver than other stick vacs I’ve tried in the past. We have laminate floors in our main living areas (carpeted bedrooms) but also have some large area rugs. This Bissell moved seamlessly from hard floor, to area rugs, to carpet with no problems. I was actually a bit surprised when the Auto-Adapt kicked in! I wasn’t expecting it but it is a really useful and interesting feature! It seemed to kick in more on rugs/carpet and in heavier traffic areas - like my entryway that is constantly littered with playground mulch and dog hair.
It comes with all the smart and useful attachments and I LOVE that it stands up by itself. What an awesome feature. The dust cup can be removed one-handed (helpful for those of us with small kids and full hands) and is very easy to empty. I haven’t tried yet but it also appears very easy to clean - no weird nooks and crannies where dust can hide.
I’m not sure how it would work to do my whole house - but it’s awesome for clean ups and the after dinner quick vac. I was impressed with how it cleaned up mulch, under the table crumbs, dog hair, etc. For this price point, I do think it should come with an additional battery but unfortunately it does not. So you have to wait for it to charge if it dies mid-job.
Overall I think this machine is great quality. Its movement is smooth and construction seems solid, the features are great, it looks beautiful and it gets the job done. Highly recommend!

Exactly What I Needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spend a lot of time vacuuming with a dog, cat, and a toddler in my house. Our big clunky corded vacuum was such a pain to pull out and drag around, vacuuming was such a chore. This vacuum makes it so much easier to keep my floors clean! It's lightweight making it much easier to get out of the closet, but it still has enough power to pick up the debris on my carpets and LVP floors. The lights on the front are perfect for the LVP floors. It's really helpful to see all the hair to make sure I'm getting it all. The handheld part plus attachments have been great additions to my cleaning arsenal. I love them for my couch and car. It's really just everything I've been looking for in a vacuum and I'm so much more prone to use it now, it makes vacuuming so much easier.

A great stick vacuum for keeping pet hair at bay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this Bissell vacuum for a couple of weeks now, and I have a few thoughts on things that could be better, but I'm also impressed by how well it picks up pet hair from carpet and furniture.
I have two big dogs that shed like it's their job, 5 cats, and 2 young kids that keep my house a constant mess. I vacuum literally daily. This vacuum is easy to grab quickly and clean up a big area before the battery dies. I love that you don't have to hold in a trigger to keep it going, but I also wonder if that kills the battery faster, because I'm not always turning it off to move stuff out of the way. The suction is great, and it excels at cleaning carpet. The upholstery tool is also neat, and I was able to use it to clean fur off of my slip covers without having to put them in the washing machine. That's a huge win. The two things I'd like to see improved are the hard floor cleaning, because it seems to launch crumbs around rather than always sucking them up, and I'd also love a larger battery. I was never able to get all my daily cleaning done on a single charge. My home is 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, so not overly massive. It is nice that the battery is removable so you could buy a spare, but I'd rather it just last on a single charge.

That said, I'd recommend this vacuum because it does a great job at getting fur off of carpet and furniture, without having to lug out a full size vacuum.

Powerful Everyday Cleaning in a Lightweight

It handles everyday messes really well, from small crumbs and dust to larger debris on hard floors and rugs. I especially liked how easy it was to transition between different floor types without needing to stop and adjust settings manually. The AutoAdapt technology was one of the standout features for me. A stick vacuum that DOES suck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a kid, husband, cat and dog there is a lot to be picked up at my house from crumbs to fur and escaped crafting supplies. Everything I threw at this vacuum was sucked up quickly and easily.
The AutoAdapt feature was great, and made transitions from hardwood with minimal suction for fur to rugs with more suction for fur required so simple I didn’t even think about it.
A favorite feature is the self standing design. If I had to pause mid-vacuum I didn’t have to perfectly balance the stick vacuum somewhere and hope that it didn’t fall over.
Overall, this is a great little vacuum that’s perfect for everyday messes and even some bigger once in a while messes.

This vacuum is great for quick mess pick ups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression after opening the box was that the vacuum is very high quality. The assembly was easy and the use is fairly straightforward. After fully charging the battery It ran continuously for about 30 minutes or so, which was enough time to vacuum about 80% of the floors of my 4 bedroom house. The vacuum handled small crumbs, dog hair, and slightly larger debris with ease. The AutoAdapt technology was cool, but it seemed to kick in extra power randomly. I’m assuming it detected extra debris when it kicked in, but I couldn’t tell that there was extra debris when it kicked in.
One of the things I think this vacuum could improve on is the weight. After 30 minutes of pushing it around I found my arm getting pretty tired. The battery adds a significant amount of weight to the top of the vacuum. Another thing I was a little bit disappointed about was the size of the debris compartment. It is much smaller than my other stick vacuum and for that reason I needed to empty it much more often while vacuuming my house.
On a positive note, I love that the vacuum can stand up on its own, which makes it easy to store. My favorite part about the vacuum is that both the regular head and the upholstery attachment have a light to show the debris it is about to pick up. This makes it super easy to see where I have already vacuumed and where I still need to vacuum.

Powerful and tackles fur with ease

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum handled daily debris, crumbs from food and dog fur very well. The suction power is great and the LED light feature is game changing, when trying to make sure you get everything cleaned well. My floors have never been cleaner because of this feature. The AutoAdapt technology kicked in right on time, when the messes were a little heavier and it was really nice that it automatically shifted to that when it was needed. One of my favorite features is that it can stand on its own. So, if I need to stop in the middle of cleaning to move something or do something else I do not have to put it back on the charging dock or lay it down, I can just stand it upright and keep going. Overall, the vacuum is of great value and it is definitely one of my favorites that I have used. I also love that it's much quieter than any others that I have used. It’s been the best between getting pet fur and dirt trailed in the house from kids, on a daily basis.

Great stick vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Bissell stick vacuums, they are hands down the best quality at the best price but they keep improving and this upgrade is the best yet. I love so many things about this vac, it is maybe even more lightweight and easy to maneuver than ever BUT it has a dual brush for even better performance! The light is game changing and I promise once you have a light on your vac you will never go back, seeing the cleaning happening in real time is so satisfying, and it gives you the peace of mind seeing the space has been cleaned. As always the attachments make cleaning any mess easy and the convenient hanging rack keeps everything in one place; I think the upholstery tool is better as well, it actually got those pesky stuck in hairs off the couches! But my new favorite feature is the auto adjust so I don’t even have to push a button when I need a little extra suction, it just does it! Bissell has the absolute best battery life, I can do my entire house on a charge so no stopping mid way to have to charge and then forgetting to go back and finish. If you’re in the market for a cordless stick vac, look no further!
