Exceeded my expectations!

I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day because he loves ice cream, especially soft serve. It is so easy to make! My only complaint is that we are eating way too much ice cream these days. It is really that delicious and so easy to make.

Optimistically cautious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Optimistically cautious. I needed to replace my Ninja after 1 month due to blade scratching the bottom of the container and breaking up pieces of plastic. So far the replacement is doing great. My only concern is sometimes it’s louder than other times and it makes me cautious.

This is a replacement machine; I use it about 2-3 times per week (as iIdid the previous one). It is a delight to use. The exit from the machine is so much easier and smoother. It may be my imagination, but I think it is even little bit quieter. Thus far there has been no difficulty with the blade or the drill.

Blade catching on Fire, Twice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Ninja Creami Deluxe for Christmas in 2025. I have used it maybe a total of 12 times. The machine made a loud noise, and I looked at it and the blade caught on fire. I ordered a new blade, and now the blade will not stay in the lid. There were also metal shavings in my cup. After taking everything apart and putting it back together, the blade will not stay in the lid. I paid a lot for this product and am extremely disappointed in the fact that this is the second blade, and it caught on fire again. There were also more fire shavings when I tried to make another creami with the new blade!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
