I enjoy ninja and it’s a well used brand in my family. I got this blender as a gift and it’s missing 2 24 oz cups, 2 lids, and the extractor blades lid. Ninja, please write back so this can be fixed. Thank you - beloved ninja user

I purchased this blender a few weeks ago. The small 12oz cup was in the picture showing what I ordered but I did not receive it. Tried to find the cup to order, but I could not find the cup compatible with my blender. Tried to blend frozen bananas. The motor was too weak.

I love my blender my favorite is the Blender cups for my smoothies.
I do notice a smell though like its working too hard so that is a little worrisome. But maybe due to it being new. I use this every day.
It has a smoothie button which I use and it works perfectly.
