Great blender

I have had for a week and it is great on smoothies. I did try the other selections on my smoothie. I haven't done any extractions yet but it's quite powerful. Cleaning is easy.
What's nice is that you have many options to do either extractions frozen or make Butters, and it does frequent pulsating on that particular speed. Or you can just blend your mixture by holding down the button until you get desire texture. Looking forward to using the other features.

Poor Blender Design Leads to ER Visit

I strongly advise against purchasing this product. The blade does not securely lock into the pitcher, creating a significant safety hazard. While pouring a smoothie, the blade fell out and caused a severe injury to the back of my boyfriend's hand, requiring emergency medical attention. Seven stitches later, we ended up with hospital bills that, combined with the cost of the blender, could have easily covered the purchase of a higher-quality product like a Vitamix.
The ER doctor mentioned that this was not the first incident involving this product, confirming the dangerous flaw in its design. We plan to return the blender and will avoid Ninja products entirely moving forward. This experience has highlighted the importance of investing in safe and reliable kitchen appliances. A design this poorly thought-out should not be available to consumers. Stay safe and consider alternatives.

Makes 5 smoothies and dies in a week

This is the second one in a month, now I plugged it in and it will not turn on at all either. Save your money.

Make the switch! You won’t regret it

I’ve has this thing for years now I can’t believe it’s lasted this long I used to only have Oster Blenders and every other year we’d have to buy new glass until our model was just longer supported. I bit the bullet and bought the ninja! I will never go back, I only use ninja appliances now. I like how the top clips on and goes flat so sort of safety feature I assume. It’s quite loud but I don’t mind because I know my stuff’s basically getting emulsified. I clean my blender like anyone else soapy water in the blender and it’s spotless after. 10/10!

Bowl broke with minimal use

I loved the product initially when I just used it for the pitcher and to-go cups. But, when I finally started to use the blender bowl for cooking this winter - the bowl broke after only 3 uses! I washed it on top rack of dishwasher. The bottom got all gummed up and the part that spins broke off from the base. It's been over a year since the purchase date so it's not covered by warranty. Majorly bummed. Would not recommend based on the food processor bowl alone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this blender down. This is one of the best blenders that I’ve ever owned. I have no problem when I’m trying to do smoothies or slushy or anything in that nature it just blends everything so perfectly. I love that. It comes with a cup that I’m able to use instead of having to use the big part. The price is great cleanup is great. This is amazing.
