I bought this Ninja professional blender about 4 years ago and it’s been a game changer in my kitchen. From smoothies, sauces and to crushing ice with ease, it still performs perfectly and works like new. Super powerful, easy to operate, easy to clean and durable. Definitely worth the investment. I am anemic and everyday I make smoothies for me and my family enrich with iron, it’s like working great for me. Thank you Ninja company.

The warranty and product suck.

The lid fell apart in less than 6months and even WITH the warranty they’re unable to replace the lid.
Will never purchase a ninja appliances again if they cannot even cover a piece that makes the entire machine inoperable without.
