Not for smoothies but a nice blender.

I like this blender for its size and quiet operation, but even though it has a smoothie setting , it doesn’t liquify fruit and other ingredients enough for a smoothie. I put berries and oats in my smoothies, and they turn out very seedy and lumpy.

I love using this Ninja Professional Plus Blender with Auto-iQ and it’s honestly a powerful and reliable kitchen appliance. The motor is strong, making it great for blending smoothies, crushing ice, and handling frozen fruits with ease. I love the Auto-iQ feature because it takes the guesswork out of blending, you just press a button and it does the work for you. Overall, it delivers great performance for its price and is perfect for everyday use.

Powerful and easy to use. It blends everything quickly, even ice , with great capacity and convenient preset programs. There’s minimal vibration and though isn’t A bit noisy, the build quality is excellent

Not what I expected

Just received the BN701 today and this is my first impression so far.
Base is tall, but that’s with all the Ninja blenders. The pitcher looks cheap. We use a blender daily and by the number of negative reviews on it, we will see how it fares. Also, what made me mad was that the unit has a different connection from the base than my last blender, the model BN751, rendering ALL of those accessories unusable! Also there looks to be NO accessories for the new BN701 available! My old unit died last week after only 3 years. You would think these things would be universal so all of these can be used between models, especially If they are unavailable as an option. We use the single serve glasses with the extractor blade assembly, but this is not available for the model. Hopefully more options will be available, but who knows? I’ll update my first impression as we begin to use this one.

This Ninja Professional Plus blender is amazing! What I love most is its large capacity, perfect for making smoothies for the whole family at once. Setup (Installation) is very intuitive, and while it has a significant weight that gives it stability, it’s still easy to move. Disassembling the blades and the pitcher is very simple, which makes cleaning much easier. Plus, the included accessories feel high quality and very durable. Highly recommended
