Poor Dangerous Design

I purchased this blender a week ago. After reading all the instructions and cautions, I accidentally released the pitcher lid handle when pouring my liquid into a glass. The blade ( that is not secured ) fell onto my foot. Needles to say, the result was a great loss of blood everywhere as well as a hospital emergency visit, requiring six sutures and a Tetanus shot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good blender

This blender replaced a 43 year old wedding gift that started to smoke when I last used it. It was time for a new one. I blended sweet potatoes to make pies and they came out so creamy! So far so good!
I would recommend this to a friend!

In my opinion this is the best blender on the market. You can make so many things with this blender. It's very easy to use and gets the job done right. Simple to operate and to take apart and clean. Well worth the price. Beware when cleaning it be very careful washing the blades they are razor sharp and will cut you easily if not careful.

I haven’t used it, it was sent to my grandkids.
Their ages are 13, 11 and 9. All three of them can use it to make their own smoothies, so it can be said; so easy a kid can work it.
My only issue, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It was delivered in a box with the Ninja name all over the outside.
No secrets there.
It’s perfect for what it was purchased for.

Great blender, packaging issue

Blender works amazingly but the packaging needs some rethinking - I sliced my hand on the blade unboxing the blender and required stitches because the blades were laying openly in the box (rather than being tucked away). Unfortunately I am not the only person this has happened to.
