Plastic pitcher cracks

I used the first one 5 times and the pitcher cracked. They replaced it and the second one cracked after 3 uses. The plastic pitcher can not handle the torque of the motor. Do not buy this.

It works well

It works well, but it’s not compatible with other products. You can’t use the smoothie cups or other accessories. I would recommend purchasing the ninja that comes with additional parts.

Trash. Rarely use this blender and after a year of light use the blades no longer spin.

I have been using this blender for over two years, multiple times a day and it is amazing! I just had to replace it from dropping it too many times over the years but my smoothies are perfect
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a Ninja Blender and Food Processer in my beach house in a different country. Last Christmas I received a Vitamix blender and for the past year I have not liked it to the point I sent it back because it wasn't working properly (so I felt) They sent it back and said it was user error not the blender. I continued to use it but hated it to the point I told my husband I was going to bring it with me to beach house next time we go and bring back my Ninja! well, I ended up buying a new Ninja blender and just love it. I would never recommend a Vitamix over a Ninja.

I received my blender as a gift one year for my birthday. However it stopped working and i contacted them for repairs. Once they assessed the problem, they realized it was not reparable. Honestly it was an easy smooth technical call. After all was said and done. I was upgraded from the model I had to the latest model. It’s been working so good for me. I’m so grateful and will always be a ninja appliance buyer. Nothing else! I highly recommend

The Pitcher cracked without much use

I bought the product about 3 months ago and the Pitcher cracked at the base without much use (I use it once every 2 or 3 weeks) and wash it in the dishwasher.
