Hi BobBee, thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re happy to hear that you’re content with your purchase and appreciate the great features of your Frigidaire range. However, we understand how frustrating it can be when the Air Fry function, settings, and gas knobs are tricky to use. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and would be glad to help!

Here are a few basic troubleshooting tips that may help:

1. Air Fry function: Make sure you’re selecting the correct Air Fry setting and following the recommended cooking instructions for your recipe. Allow the oven to preheat if required, and arrange food in a single layer to help promote even cooking. If the function isn’t starting or heating properly, check that the oven door is fully closed and review your owner’s manual for model-specific instructions.
2. Oven settings: Double-check that the correct cooking mode and temperature are selected. If the controls seem unresponsive, refer to your owner’s manual for instructions on operating the control panel and check whether any lock feature is enabled.
3. Gas knobs: Turn the knobs slowly and carefully, following the ignition instructions in your owner’s manual. Make sure you understand the knob positions for OFF, LITE, and the heat settings. If a burner doesn’t ignite, turn the knob to OFF and allow any unburned gas to dissipate before trying again. If you smell gas, do not attempt to ignite the burner; turn off the gas supply if safe to do so, leave the area, and contact your gas supplier or emergency services.

We hope these tips help you enjoy your appliance with greater ease. We also recommend keeping your owner’s manual handy for specific instructions tailored to your model.
