A good, reliable option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven saved my sourdough. I definitely let it ovenproof, but used the steam bake setting and it still rose up pretty nicely. Stovetop gets nice and hot pretty quickly. Water only takes 3-4 minutes to boil.
