Disappointment in quality of fridge interior

I purchased two of these fridges. One with left and one right open doors. One was missing parts and the door seal didn’t align, the other looked like people had used it. All minor things although not happy we worked with our appliance store to rectify and correct. The real issue is the poor quality of the drawers within the fridge - they feel as if they are going to break hardly moving them - the Whirpool and Maytag fridges feel better quality and have drawers on proper tracks - KitchenAid also has fridges with much better quality drawers for less. Would happily of paid more for the better drawer option. Huge buyer remorse after buying 2 dishwashers, a duel fuel stove and two fridges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator because I didn't have enough room for the french door models. So far it is running fine and I like the layout. I hate the drawers, they are so cheap and flimsy. I thought that KitchenAid could do so much better. My old KitchenAid was total quality. This is a bit of a disappointment.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second kitchen renovation and we thought to go with all Kitchenaid appliances as we did some 10 years ago. Bought a whole ensemble including gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Same as before. We opted for the touchless stainless steal this time. The frigerator is obviously been cheapened out in its contruction and design. Shelfs on doors, shelves in fridge for vegetables and fruits all made of cheap light weight plastic. Just waiting for them to snap off the tracks. Not like the previous more heavy duty shelving construction on our previous purchase. The freezer compartment is sized down I believe since things don't fit as well or as many items as before. Many of the metal and more durable materials of former model have been cheapened out Its a great disaapointment, buyers remorse and not recommended to others seeking to buy. This was a real downgrade and lesson

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with our new refrigerator. It is simple and straight forward, no bells and whistles. I am glad I went back to one door for the fridge. Even though the door probably holds the same amount of food it just feels better space wise. I hope to have this fridge for a very long time.
