I love it, but dang does the trigger annoy me.

The trigger for wet mode is so tough to keep held in. By the time I finish one room, my finger is sore. But it cleans like a PROOOOO! And the self clean feature is a 10/10.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Brittany,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're delighted to hear that the cleaner is delivering such great results and that the self-clean feature has been a standout for you. Hearing that it "cleans like a PROOOOO!" really made us smile.
At the same time, we appreciate you pointing out the effort required to hold the trigger during wet cleaning. If your finger is feeling it by the end of a room, that's certainly valuable feedback for our team to hear. It's insights like these that help us better understand the day-to-day experience of using our products in real homes.
Thank you for taking the time to share both the positives and the areas where you'd like to see improvement. We're thrilled that the cleaning performance and self-cleaning function have been such a hit for you.
Kind Regards,
Sharkninja

It is awful! You spend more time cleaning the actual shark than you do your house! If you have pets that shed, this is not worth the money

Hey Cody,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We're deeply sorry to learn that your experience with the Shark AquaReach hasn't met your expectations. We recognize how frustrating it can be when you're spending more time maintaining the machine than cleaning your home, particularly when dealing with pet hair and shedding. The AquaReach is designed to simplify hard floor cleaning, so we're disappointed to learn that it hasn't delivered the convenience you were looking for. Homes with pets can place additional demands on cleaning equipment, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the maintenance required. Feedback like yours help us understand where improvements can be made to better support pet owners. If you require any support or have any additional concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team using the link below. We'll be happy to look into this for you and provide any assistance we can.

I hate it. Charge doesn't last long. It doesn't keep up on the hair. Its heavy. Just not impressed and was a ton of money and I bought a different one.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. It sounds like this has been a really disappointing experience, especially after investing a significant amount of money in the product. When you're dealing with concerns about runtime, hair pickup performance, and the overall weight of the unit, it's understandable to feel frustrated, particularly when you expected it to make cleaning easier.
For reference, the unit is designed to provide up to 50 minutes of cordless runtime under standard operating conditions. If you feel the battery life or cleaning performance is not what it should be, we recommend completing the troubleshooting steps in the guide below:

If the issue persists after completing the troubleshooting steps, please follow the instructions provided at the end of the guide so our team can review the matter further and provide assistance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been loving how convenient this mop and vacuum combo is! 🧼✨ It makes cleaning my floors so much easier by allowing me to vacuum and mop at the same time, saving me time and effort. It’s great for picking up everyday dirt, dust, and messes while leaving my floors looking clean and refreshed. I also love having one tool that helps tackle multiple cleaning tasks instead of switching between different products. If you’re looking for an easier way to keep your floors clean, this is definitely worth checking out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a great machine. It’s made with really good quality and gets my floors and surfaces clean as new. They look beautiful and it literally gets every bit of dirt off my floors. I love the wand handle and it allows me to get hard to reach places. I think the price is good for such a great product. It was a tad confusing, but once I watched a couple of videos, it was so much easier than it appeared to be. It’s not too heavy, even for someone like me who has a bad back. I definitely recommend this mopping machine and this is a purchase you won’t regret. It also comes with its own cleaning solution that works great and smells nice.
