Exactly what it says on the box. Quietest-clicking mouse I've ever owned, which is doing great things for me as I work from home.

doesn't control logitech keyboard. left handed mouse should have right click controlled by left button etc. does not. purchase, a failure

Fits the hand and feels

Fits the hand and feels fine. Logitech products work great until they don’t. Wouldn’t buy another brand, probably. Battery life is typically pretty good.

Mouse feel smooth and light,

Mouse feel smooth and light, I have the L size and fit comfortable in my hand, my only issue it's with the Bluetooth connection because sometimes the pointer takes few seconds to came back and delay after you are not using.... The USB connection it's the opposite, super fast with no delay or lags

Left-handed version is great!

I got the left-handed version, and it is a great mouse. Good fit, great action. My only complaint is that I now have three different Logitech USB dongles for different devices I bought within one year of each other -- I hope this latest one actually stays standard for a while. The promise of 'one dongle for all your devices' has not turned out to be true.

M650 mice periodically stop working

I bought two of these, one for each computer. Both of them periodically freeze up and stop working. Then, I have to pull out the little receiver from its USB port, and reinsert. Then the mouse starts working again.
This should not be necessary. None of the previous Logitech mice I have owned ever exhibited this behavior.

Excellent Mouse with Truly Silent Clicks

This is easily the best wireless mouse I've used. I need a quiet mouse for my job as an sound system operator, and this mouse is the only one I've found that has truly silent clicks. It also has a perfect size to weight ratio and feels premium as a result. The sensor so far has tracked perfectly without stutters, and the battery life has been excellent. I would recommend this in a heartbeat!
