Bigger than expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works well but it’s so much larger than I expected and takes up a lot of room. I like that I can cook 2 recipes at once. It’s great for meal prepping though

Ninja XL Multipot Multicooker rules the roost!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Ninja XL Multipot Multicooker MZ1001 roughly a month ago and my meal preparation frustration levels disappeared the day it arrived. This multi function modern cooker is made out of durable, sleek and aestehtically handsome materials and comes well equipped with two amazing non stick evenly cooking 3.3 quart pots and a spacious XL pot for cooking in larger quantities. The heat source is flawless and preheats both pots seamlessly and each cooking function from Sear/Saute, slow cook, shallow fry, steam, rice, Sous-vide works like a charm, preheats beautifully and beeps to its heart;s content when finished. The proof is in the end product. I enjoyed some texas roadhouse quality chili thanks to the Ninja XL. Cleanup and storage is a breeze, as everything can be easily removed including the both side lids and condensation trap and washed within minutes. If you are looking for the best way to cook using a multi-task method with an intuitve control panel, then shake hands with the Ninja, so won't be sorry..

Several Appliances Wrapped Up into One!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This multi cooker is great appliance as it replaces so many others. I love that it comes with a big pot or two smaller pots, allowing you to cook two things at once. I get a better sear with this than my stovetop. You can also bake things which is incredible. I recommend following the directions exactly the first couple of times you use it. Once I did that a few times, I was able to start improvising with it.

More than a slow cooker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to take the place of my slow cooker. I went with Ninja because I have had great luck with my other Ninja cookers. I realized after opening the directions I realized how much more it was. I did do one slow cooker meal with pull pork unsing the large pot. I needed to add more liquid in the next time I used it because it was a little dry. Loved how I could adust the temp and time with the cooker. When I made it in the smaller pot with Mac n Cheese next to it, was perfect and making the pasta next to it was a game changer. I decided since there were so many features I would stick with the suggested recipes first. Another crazy festure I loved was making banana bread in it with home made caramel sauce. I actually made it twice it was so good and doubled it and did in the big pot. Both times used bake for the bread. Last thing I used it to make was hot pot meals. This was by far the greatest feature. Great hearty meal and cooked the veggie to my liking and I actually made it twice. As for cleaning it gets a five star pluse. I make caramel sauce, pasta sauce, and the buffalo chicken dip and the popper dip and all cleaned up so easy even without having to use the spray on cleaner. Cons: It does so much it freaked out my husband and he refused to use it for anything.... Was like "Nope"!! There was a learning curve with the pasta feature. The recipe didnt say to stir it frequently but it said that in the directions and in the mac n cheese recipe. All in All I loved using it this month and I didnt turn on my oven once. Family loved all of the recipes. I wish I could of used the steam festure by mine didnt come with one. Look forward to trying all the other festures it can do!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product to try and honestly, I was more impressed than i thought I would be. Its great that it give you multiple ways cook. An option for a large crock or two smaller as well as different cooking methods. I really appreciated how evenly it cooked my meat, my crockpot meanls haven't been as good! The fact that I can store the crocks inside each other is great for making sure I still have room in my cabinet.

Solves so many problems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this Multicooker at least a half dozen times to replace a traditional slow cooker, and it has excelled in all the ways that matter most to me. One of the biggest gripes I've always had with my old slow cooker was not being able to sautee or sear in the same place to brown and build flavors. The Ninja Multicooker is so amazing for this feature. Everything I made on the slow cook setting, I was able to first sautee my onions, garlic, mushrooms etc, and get some good color on my chicken or whatever meat. Then, in the same pot, I can add my liquids to pick up and deglaze all the cooked on deliciousness and switch over to slow cook and the hands off portion of cooking. Previously I'd either just not get those good extra flavors, or I would have to start in something separate and have more dishes to clean, on top of potentially messy switching around. And speaking of messy, that is the other thing that the Multicooker blows other appliances out of the water. Both the large single pot and the paired smaller ones are so so so light and easy to hand wash if you don't have a dishwasher. The non-stick coating is also excellent and makes most of the mess just rinse off. I used to hate having to man-handle the big heavy ceramic pot from my slow cooker, and would use it less often but I was pulling out my Ninja multiple times per week, just because I knew it was going to be so simple and convenient. This can replace AT LEAST your slow cooker, and probably way more.
