Great value

I really like the band. I have always used my Garmin watch as my primary fitness tracker so I had to wear it all the time. Now I use the Cirqa as my primary device and I can wear my Tag watch when I want to wear some bling.
This is a much better value than the Whoop subscription plan and you get the same data.

Poor battery life. Averaged 2-3 days. Activity button also can accidentally get pressed happened numerous times during the two weeks I used it before returning. Timer woke me up from a dead sleep on one occasion.

Amazing Addition to the Garmin Line Up
on August 15, 2026

Absolutely so happy Garmin finally came out with an all day tracker that isn’t the watch itself. Keeping the CIRQA Smart Band allows me to gain all day data even when I need a fancier watch on, or need to be dressed up in some way where the Garmin Sport Watch is not appropriate. All data syncs perfectly between devices and in the Garmin Connect App. Battery life is great and watch is very comfortable to wear. Thank you Garmin!

CIRQA MAJOR ISSUES WITH GARMIN IPHONE APP
on August 15, 2026

There is a major Issue between the Garmin computer programs and the iPhone app.
-
The Garmin computer program refers you to the iPhone for syncing, but it is nearly impossible to find it if the app has already found another Garmin watch.
At this point, I consider it a waste of money and not ready for prime time.

Definitely a fan of the Cirqa!

I've had the Cirqa for a little over 2 weeks now, and, coming from a Whoop, I've got to say it has been great! It gives me all the same information I had before and love how it consolidates all my fitness into a single app. I also have an Approach S50 watch and easily switch between the two devices when I'm playing golf. I've had no issues with the Cirqa tracking my health metrics throughout the day, as well as sleep at night, and it's nice to not be locked into a subscription.
I will say that I wish it didn't use the charging plug and had some sort of wireless charging method instead. It's not a huge deal since I typically charge it up while I'm wearing my S50, but the ability to wear and charge the Whoop at the same time is hard to leave.
The Cirqa wears just as well for me, if not better than, the Whoop. I have a 7.5" wrist, so the additional length of this device doesn't bother me. It seems to wear a little flatter on my wrist as well, which I definitely appreciate. All that said, I really wish it were a little smaller or at least had built-in GPS given the size. It's for sure not as large as other reviews I've read would make it out to be. But, it feels like all of these screenless trackers aren't all that much smaller than a watch.

So much for the hype. Returned after 2 days.

I returned mine after 2 days. Firstly the sensor does seem to work with my tattoos. Apple Watch Ultra 3, Whoop, and my Polar Verity Sense all work great in the exact same spot.
It did work when I rotated it to the underside of my wrist so I did get to test out the sleep tracking. It was absolutely terrible.
Night 1: 3 hours sleep compared to 7 measured by both Oura and AWU3. It thought I woke up at 3am.
Night 2: 5 hours sleep. Slightly better but still way off the 7.5 hours Oura and AWU3 agreed on.
Originally I thought I had a faulty device but a friend also had a remarkably similar experience (and also returned it)

Underwhelmed

Too difficult to get to work with my Edge 850. A strap is much easier to get to connect.

Wondering
on August 13, 2026

I bought this to see how my recovery was progressing and have had it for a little over a week and loved it but the past couple of days things don't seem to be going smooth. Shows the heart beat slower now than what it is, sleep didn't record last night and the warning that my battery is low keeps coming up on my app. Don't know what is going on.
