Amazing and comfortable

I purchased the CIRQA on Tuesday and I love it, the band is super comfortable and lightweight. You honestly forget it's on. Tracks all activity even if you forget to touch the button to record it automatically tracks for you and asks if you would like to save activity. The Garmin app is super easily to navigate and the alarm feature is great. I love it!
Generally happy with the insight that the device provides. It is not as consistent in providing heart rate data during rides- seems to drop synch occasionally.
Not as good as Whoop, but I am fine sacrificing the functionality for the expensive monthly fee. Not as user friendly. Doesn't accurately automatically detect workouts. Custom charging cord not USB-C. So have to bring the special cord on vacations. 30% bigger than the Whoop. Weird band sizes.
Generally love it. As an avid fenix 8 pro wearer and triathlete and distance runner. Switched it to my daily wearable for sleep and work (no notifications is great). Keeps all my garmin data and sync is generally very good. Things that can be improved: the ability to swap device seamlessly between devices (sometimes the CIRCA needs a restart to turn the sensor back on), and adding gps would be epic.
I have had it less than a month and have not used it for exercise yet just monitoring. Still getting used to no screen but was a main reason of purchasing. So far it’s as expected.
Good although not perfect It has more activities, but activity-specific metrics are a bit lacking Example: I like kayaking, SUP, but all I get is a HR, distance, time and a map Compared to my Vivo smart 5 the main advantage is no display Those of us wanting to wear a mechanic watch might still want more
