I did not like it. It gives you the same information as the watch

It’s OK

It’s OK.
I’ll caveat what I’m about to say by stating I’m still getting used to going screenless.
I’m in the Garmin ecosystem. I currently wear a Epix2pro, a Fenix 6 for years before that, and I also currently use a Garmin scale, bike computer, etc…
For my use case, I wanted a screen-less wearable so I could wear my mechanical watches more. The Cirqa seemed like the perfect answer and it still kind of is but mine has one flaw which is a bit frustrating.
For me, the Cirqa on multiple occasions has not tracked my sleep at all. It tracked my HR throughout the night but not my sleep. During a typical week, it’s been doing that 2-3 days out of the week. That obviously affects every other stat, so that’s something I hope Garmin fixes soon.

A solution looking for an question

Good technology, good implementation, still debating the best use for it.
I have a FR 970, that is a great tool for my running, cycling, other exercising. I wanted to be less dependant from it and go back to wearing regular watches and keep tracking my vitals.
This was the primary use for the Cirqa.
Does it worth the cost? Maybe.
Using Cirqa during my running or cycling is not an option: I need to monitor my activity while doing it and a screen is essential.
Garmin may have other otions for its use in the future, hopefully.

Uncomfortable

Very large, very uncomfortable. My Epix 2, albeit large, is much more comfortable 24/7 over the Cirqa

Great Tool

I bought this as a complimentary device to my Fenix 8 and now 9 Pro. I love that I can leave the Fenix at home on occasion and still keep all of my health metrics tracked. So far the swapping back and forth has been seamless.

Okay - but a bit lacking in data

I have been using it for a few weeks — relatively short battery life. You can record an activity but the data is not robust - ie. Calories and time only - it does not record your blood pressure like the Hume band does

20 days in with Cirqa

It's ok. I expected more. Not a serious athlete but I work out a lot and find some of the features and the app presentation of data quirky and not overly informative. Like during an activity, there is nothing on the screen telling me live time performance. The only thing there is a black screen and the option to stop the work out. And when I open the app and see all these activities that it detected, I can't go in and code what they were (like walking, or working out, etc). The only way to do that is to start the activity in the app.
And I'd like to have easier, more intuitive statistics about my day with recommendations more like a whoop or an apple watch. So overall, the unit is nice but the app interface is sort of clunky and should be updated. Lastly, I would have liked if it came with a back up band.

Its okay... charging cable is annoying
on September 1, 2026

I gave up my Whoop for the CIRQA and am generally satisfied. Honestly, the battery doesn't last as long as the Whoop and the proprietary charger is annoying as the charging cable is too short and never where I need it. I have to buy two more cables (one for travel and one for my desk). I can't believe a USB c charging port wouldn't suffice. I do like the fact there is not a "membership" fee like Whoop.
