Still some bugs

The good, it does seem to track fairly accurately and delivers on metrics
The bad, the app keeps asking me if I want to submit my data to Garmin as part of their product improvement program. I said no and the popup keep showing up everytime I go to the home page of my Garmin Connect App. I've had sleep results delayed because the watch autodetected activity at night. I had to cancel the activity to get the sleep data to come through. (I don't know, maybe I run in my sleep or something). Finally I can pair the watch with Bluetooth for heart rate monitoring but then it won't actually connect to the 3rd party device. (Meta Quest 3 in this case). These all seem like software issues so hopefully they get resolved sooner than later.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Weight of a watch

Not what I expected feels like a watch. Also, the band makes it so that you might sweat a little doesn’t feel natural. Feels like a watch. I already have the Apple Watch. I was looking for something lighter. It’s not that lighter and it may do everything an oura ring will do, I but was looking for something that didn’t feel like I had it on my wrist, but I definitely do feel it, so I will be returning it.

Big bulky and not as great as the others advertised. Can’t manually enter data and use it for your summaries. Someone’s very inaccurate.
