Love the new Pixel 11 Pro XL. I have been a Google phone person for 8 years and love each phone I get. The camera is amazing, and the Gemini feature is awesome. I built a patio with it :)
New Upgrade Phone Experience? Or a New Phone Only?

I am a fan of Pixel phones...but I feel it is falling in the trap that there is 1-2 upgrades from phones generations before...but nothing noteworthy. I had an 8 Pro, upgraded to 11 Pro XL. Phone size is the same. More storage (but I firmly believe removable storage AND batteries need to be implemented) but the camera is really good. Admittedly...not sure what I was expectng other than stronger battery life & vibrancy. I think I am still waiting for the phone that, upon purchase looks like all the others, but I get to make it uniquely ME once I have it. They still feel "Stepford" - ish
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I upgraded from my Pixel 10 Pro XL, and while I’m enjoying the new phone, the day-to-day differences are pretty minimal. The design is a touch smaller and feels slightly lighter, but that's about it. If you're happy with your 10 Pro XL and debating whether to switch, I’d suggest sticking with what you have until more substantial changes come along.
