Easy, convenient, fast, reliable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was quite easy. Although it didn’t include a template to help mark the correct placement, we were still able to install it without any problems. It cools and heats up very quickly, and the remote is easy to understand and use. The only thing I wish it had included was a wall mount or holder for the remote. I also love that I can control it through the app, which is very convenient. It came with everything needed for installation, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, I really like it, and I’m considering buying another one for another room that I’m currently preparing.

Easy to mount unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy installation, the unit is lightweight and easy to hang. The bracket to hang is premounted on the unit so you have to remove it to hang. It does come with drywall anchors for hanging but I would probably purchase higher quality ones and the hanging bracket is kinda thin and flimsy.
The unit is quiet and works well! I am looking forward to seeing how it does in the cooler months.

Sunroom Saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ended up installing this in my sunroom, and honestly, it was the best decision I could have made. That room used to be unbearable sweltering in the summer and freezing in the winter because of all the glass. Now I can actually use it year-round, and it stays comfortable no matter what the weather's doing outside. It cools down fast on hot days and puts out great heat when it's cold. The noise level is super low too. I can watch TV or read out there without it being distracting.
The best part? It just plugs into a regular wall outlet. Now, I do have to be honest: because it's a sunroom with a lot of glass, the unit does work a little harder on extreme weather days. But that was expected and it still handles the job perfectly fine. It's way better than sweating or shivering out there. Installation was done by a pro, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.
