Your go to recovery product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a special education teacher, CrossFit coach, mom, and Ironman 70.3 athlete, recovery is a pretty big part of my everyday routine. Between teaching, coaching, training, and everything in between, I’m averaging around 15,000 steps a day—so what I put on my feet at the end of the day matters.
The Hyperice Nike Zoom Recovery Slides quickly became my go-to shoes once I get home for the evening. After a long day on my feet at school or a tough training session, they give my feet the support and comfort they need while I transition into recovery mode.
I especially noticed the difference as I moved back into the school year while continuing to balance my Ironman 70.3 training. My feet take a lot of daily wear and tear, and having a comfortable recovery slide to put on at the end of the day has been such a simple but meaningful addition to my routine.
They’ve also been a great addition to the Hyperice recovery lineup we already use. Between the foam roller, back wrap, and now the Nike Zoom Recovery Slides, we have different tools that fit into different parts of mobility and recovery. I love that the slides add another layer of functionality—recovery doesn’t always have to mean setting aside a dedicated 20 minutes. Sometimes it’s simply putting these on while making dinner, hanging out with the kids, catching up on paperwork and emails, or relaxing after a long day.
For me, these aren’t just a pair of slides—they’ve become part of my everyday recovery routine. When your days are spent teaching, coaching, training, walking 15,000+ steps, and being a mom, taking care of your feet can make a big difference in how you feel heading into the next day.

Comfortable but I wish it was more

I was excited to try out this product because I have been doing a lot of running and really wanted to get this into my recovery routine. Before you even turn on the slides they are comfortable to walk around in. I did find that the stitching and edge of the top of the slide will dig into the tops of my feet making it a little painful, but it did somewhat break in after wearing them for a while.
The tech! The heating works well, but it only focuses on the top of my foot and I wish it was a full foot experience. This is the same for the vibrations. I feel it mostly on the top of my foot but if I put it the right position I can get the vibrations all over.
Walking around in these, even with the heat and vibrations, is easy and I'll find myself cooking dinner or doing chores with the heat and vibrations on.
I was hoping for a lot from these slides, because I use a few of their other products in my recovery routine and absolutely love them. But these slides miss the mark for me because I wish it was more of a full foot experience.

Nike Hyperslide - Combining Recovery Tech and Daily Wear
on September 24, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide is easily the most comfortable slide I’ve ever tried. They only come in full sizes, so I’d recommend going a half size down. The HyperPod connects to the slide really easily with a satisfying click, and the heating spreads really well throughout the shoe. The vibration isn’t super powerful, but it’s comfortable and could potentially help increase blood flow and aid recovery. As a recovery tool, I think it might make a little bit of a difference, but the biggest selling point is how comfortable the shoe itself is. You could definitely use these for recovery after runs throughout the week, although the HyperPod battery life isn’t super long-lasting.
Overall, if you’re interested in trying out a new piece of recovery tech, this is a really comfortable slide. The price point is a little steep, but it’s definitely the most comfortable slide I’ve ever tried, and the heating and vibration elements take it to the next level.

I can honestly say I have been the envy of my friends when they watch me slip on my Hyperslides after a long day outside in the Pacific Northwest. I've worn them after every local mountain bike ride in Bellingham, Washington, and after all of our long hikes in the North Cascades, which are usually 10+ miles with significant elevation gain.
How they performed The combination of gentle massage and heat is a real treat, especially now that the days are getting cooler. After those long days, my feet are tired and sore, and the slides give me an easy way to start recovery without much effort. I've noticed that I feel more ready to get back out the next day when I use them as part of my routine. Even getting back on my feet to stop for gas on the way home feels easier after a cycle or two in the slides than it does after hikes when I don't use them.
What could be improved:
-Session length: I wish I could set a longer use period. One cycle often ends before I'm ready to be done. -Inconsistent cycle timing: The massage cycles sometimes end several minutes apart, even when both slides are on the same settings and started at the same time. It would be nice if they stayed in sync. -Battery life: The charge only lasts 2 to 3 cycles for me before I need to recharge. This means to get the most out of them backpacking, I need to plan ahead to have a portable power source available for recharging (which I think makes the extra weight worthwhile)
I'd recommend Hyperslides to mountain bikers, hikers, trail runners, and anyone who spends long days on their feet and wants an easy recovery tool at home. They are truly an effortless treat for my feet.

I liked these a lot more than I expected 🙌

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first put them on, I thought they were a little extra, but a few minutes in, I knew these were becoming part of my post-workout recovery routine. The vibration is soothing; it instantly flipped my body into relax mode. The heat surprised me too. Way more powerful than I expected, and I'm really looking forward to having these in rotation during ski season. Battery life is solid: you get a good number of sessions per charge, and it recharges fast when you need it back. A couple tweaks I'd love to see in a V2: the pod sits centered on top of the foot and is the only source of heat/vibration features and I think there's room to work more of the recovery tech into the slide itself rather than just the pod.

The first generation has potential

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Nike Hyperice Slides and, overall, I have mixed feelings about them.
The cushioning is easily one of my favorite things about these slides. They’re incredibly comfortable and feel great on your feet, especially after a long day or a workout. The Hyperice pod itself is also surprisingly unobtrusive. Once you have the slide on, you barely notice that it’s even there.
The heat function is another standout. It feels great and is probably the feature I’ve gotten the most noticeable benefit from. The vibration, however, hasn’t done much for me personally. I can feel it working, but I haven’t noticed a meaningful recovery benefit from it.
My biggest issue is the fit of the upper. The top of the slide feels too shallow, which makes it uncomfortable and puts pressure in an awkward spot on my foot. I think a deeper or more adjustable upper would make a significant difference.
Overall, I really like the comfort, cushioning, and heat function, but the shallow upper and lack of noticeable benefit from the vibration hold these back for me. They’re an interesting concept, but at this price point, I think the fit needs to be better.

Testing out the new Nike x Hyperice Air Zoom Hyperslide over the past few weeks! 👟🔥

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here’s my honest take after wearing them around the clock: ⚡️ Pre-Run: Slip these on before early morning runs to wake up my feet-gets the blood flowing and readies them to hit the ground running. 💆♀️ Post-Run: Perfect for flushing out soreness and lower-foot fatigue after long miles. 😴 Bedtime Game-Changer: Wearing them for a few minutes before bed calms restless feet, helping me relax faster and sleep better! 📝 Quick Notes: They do feel a bit heavier underfoot than everyday sandals due to the tech integration, and the heat feature is more of a gentle warm-up than intense heat. Overall, a solid active recovery tool for anyone on their feet all day! Huge thanks to @hyperice & @nike for early access! 🙌 #Hyperice #NikeAirZoom #Hyperslide #RecoveryTech #WearTester #RunningRecovery #ToeSocks #RestlessFeet #ActiveRecovery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave the Nike Hyperice Slides a 10/10 because they were extremely comfortable and really helped soothe my tired feet after a long day or a workout. I looked forward to putting them on when my feet needed a break. They were comfortable, easy to wear, and worked great for recovery. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable recovery slide.
