Get a better model

Bought this for my daughter at Christmas. Leaked water everywhere! Exchanged..now the 2nd one is giving trouble too. Get a red light when trying to brew. Have to unplug and plug back in to get to finish. Called Nespresso for the 2nd time about this one. They are going to make me do a live video to show the issue. I just want to return and get a better model. Apparently, all the kinks haven’t been worked out of this new Pop model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very loud machine, very foamy coffee

Overall I like it. I will say, the machine is very loud when it's brewing. Like, so loud I questioned if it was defective. Also, if you do not like a LOT of creama (foam), then Nespresso isn't for you because these machine create a ton of foam. I had to look up if the foamyness is normal because I thought something might be off with my machine or the pods. I am also bummed that I was sent 1 sleeve of the same flavor coffee. A variety pack would've been a nice way to familiarize myself with which blends I prefer. The color is cute and I like that the machine self-ejects the used pods.

Inconsistent

Bought this machine because I wanted to have more size options compared to my citiz. Coffee is good and it’s very compact. Was pretty hesitant to buy a vertuo since most reviews were iffy, but I finally pulled the trigger. At first it was awesome, but after 1 week I figured out that every time I load it I have to be careful closing it or else once I start the machine and it shakes and make a louder than usual noise I know the coffee is going inside the capsule receptor instead of my cup, hence wasting coffee. I would say no matter how careful I am loading the capsule, 1 in 5 cups ends up wasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sleek machine and easy to use

I ordered the Vertuo Pop+ in Aqua Mint on Saturday and got it on Tuesday and Monday was a holiday. Very fast shipping and delivery. This is my very first Nespresso and I’ve only had one cup, which was the Alto Ambrato, and I have to say I am very impressed. First, the coffee brews fast and this is the large 12oz cup, and second, the coffee tastes great. I added a little of my caramel almond creamer to the bottom of the cup first and then brewed the coffee. It was the perfect amount. Not too sweet. Just perfect. Much better than watered down K-cups. I stopped using those awhile back because they were just not great coffee at all. I can’t wait to try the other coffees I purchased and got free. I got 24 pods free so plenty to try. The machine was easy to set up and was to use. My normal mug was too tall so I just pulled the machine to the edge of the counter and held my mug under it to brew it. I have a shorter, wider mug on the way so that won’t be an issue. But I may just put my machine in top of my pod drawer so I can use other mugs. Mind you I’ve only brewed one cup so far but I’m really impressed with that first cup. Also, I love the aqua mint color. It goes perfect with my coastal theme kitchen and I love that this machine has Bluetooth so you can keep the software in it updated. The app is really helpful. The machine is small, which is what I wanted since I have limited counter space. I love it!
