Needs to be a little taller

Just about perfect for everything it claims to do.
Downside that brings this to a 4: This machine can brew 12oz pods which is great BUT its too compact so I can't place a 12oz cup under it. And if you want ice in that cup/mug then you're definitely out of luck. I need to place some coaster under it to give it a little more height until I can come up with a long term solution

Great coffee noisy machine

Ordered it a few days ago and made several cups of coffee. My Vertuo Next died out on me after 5 years of daily use so I ordered the Pop because im the only one who drinks it. I love the bright red color and design. No difference In brewing excellent coffee, however, I gave it 4 stars because it's a very noisy machine! My other machine was quieter.....
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HAD to get this for my daughters dorm room. She mistakenly thought all coffee and coffee makers were the same and bought an inexpensive pod brewer from a big box store. BIG mistake! She came home and realized it was the Nespresso that was the difference. This will be the perfect size for her dorm room. Coffee snob is now satisifed!

Great Quality & Product

I love a traditional espresso machine but they are expensive to maintain and sometimes I don't have time in the morning to set it all up. My Nespresso is so easy to use and clean and makes high quality espresso/drinks with the push of a button.

No Bluetooth really

When you login to our Nespresso app and pair your machine to the app, this is how your machine receives software updates via Bluetooth. If you’d like assistance pairing your machine, please call our toll-free number 800-562-1465 to speak with a Machine Expert, who will gladly assist you with these steps. Your machine comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty. We look forward to assisting you with your Vertuo Pop Plus machine soon.

Love this little guy!

I bought this machine back in February of 2024 (7 months now) and I absolutely love this one! I was tired of brewing half quality coffee beans and getting stale, bitter, and sad results. I switched to Nespresso because, 1.) Buying lattes outside is already expensive enough. 2.) I can switch between coffee and espresso pods. 3.) I get to play around with the pods and choose which flavor/strength I want each day. 4.) This little guy takes up so little space! 5.) The pacific blue is too cute. 6.) Fast shipping from the website.
Overall, I am glad I switched and will never go back to drip coffee machines again. :)
