Really loud

Love the size, but is it normal for it to sound like a jet engine is taking off? This is my first Nespresso purchase and the coffee and expresso are great it is just so loud!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Your VertuoPop+ machine comes with a one year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options available via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty. You'll want to review our Vertuo coffee blends to find an intensity that best suites your needs. The higher the number, the bolder the coffee, which will be more bitter. You may want to start from an intensity 6 which is mid range, and work your way down to intensity 2, to find your perfect coffee and espresso. We recommend starting at Melozio with an intensity of 6. Solelio is the lightest coffee blend with an intensity of 2. Enjoy finding the pefrect cup of coffee with your Veruto Pop+ machine!

New Nespresso Vertuo Pop+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] RIP our Covid-era Keurig. Who knew coffee was more than coffee? Apparently a lot of people. We purchased a new entry-level Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ and have been enjoying an elevated coffee experience. Pros: Simplicity, the crema and the variety of flavors and sizes. Cons: The manual opening/closing, the costs of the pods. We haven’t found our go-to variety yet but we’re enjoying the research.

Mug Tray Too Small

The mug tray is too small! For one of the few Vertuo machines that delivers an "XL Size" cup of coffee, why is the platform for the mug so blasted small? The bottom of my mug, a fairly standard size 12 oz coffee mug, hangs half off the tiny little platform. I could remove the platform entirely but then there are two holes in front of the machine that make it look like a part is missing. I have had the same issue with other Nespresso machines. I realize that espresso cups fit espresso machines. However, if you're going to offer machines that serve a regular size cup of coffee, please make the platform at least large enough to hold a coffee mug! Returning the machine without using it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve bought 2 so far. Returned the first one because immediately out of the box it was malfunctioning, horribly loud and shaking when running. Thought it was a fluke. Now my second one is malfunctioning after only a WEEK of use. Violently shakes and is insanely loud. It shook so bad it knocked my glass cake stand off my counter and of course it shattered which is horrible when you have a toddler. When it DID work properly, I absolutely loved it!! I don’t know what to do with this current machine, I don’t have time to troubleshoot it with customer service and I’m definitely not wasting anymore money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
